“As a follow up, the staff today was much improved especially at the front desk! Although they weren’t able to accommodate a later checkout time (understandable since it’s 4th of July weekend) they were most helpful, kind and professional in storing our luggage. They even provided my daughters and I with umbrellas since it was raining outside! This is the level of customer service we know & love about Hilton & their luxury boutique brands!”

“Nice hotel but BEWARE if you are a Hilton regular: My friend and I recently had a two night stay at this hotel which overall went well and we had a nice experience. I am a Hilton diamond member and exclusively stay at Hilton Hotels when traveling. In addition I also have the Hilton branded credit card which I use for all of my stays. However, the charges for this hotel are being billed under “Comfort Inn” since it was converted from a Comfort Inn quite a while ago. It’s very disappointing and frustrating that they have not updated their credit card charging systems, and I am missing points on my Hilton credit card because of this. I have already tried to contact Hilton on at least three occasions to get this resolved and everyone keeps pointing me towards someone else. It’s been hours of wasted experience and great frustration to get some thing that should be absolutely automatic. I can’t imagine that I’m the first person who has been trying to get this resolved. So I would recommend staying at this hotel if you aren’t specifically focused on the fact that it’s a Hilton property, but as a Hilton diamond member I definitely wouldn’t stay here again unless this is resolved. They have been a Hilton hotel for months to a year, so there is no reason this should be an ongoing issue. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for an otherwise decent hotel stay. The staff were all very nice.”
