Péssima infraestrutura, hotel mal cuidado, sujo, barulhento (eles estão em reforma - barulho de construção o tempo todo), comida nojenta, banheiro fedido, com mofo e vazamento, quartos ruins, sem wifi. Elevadores precários. Péssimo atendimento e descaso dos atendentes.”
