5 star hotel in the heart of Andorra la Valle. New, very clean, very good location and mostly caring and warm service. Definitely recommend.

This isn't the typical kind of hotel I would go for, since it's very traditional - but I did enjoy my time here! The spa is really nice and has a pool, Hammam, and sauna. These were great! You also have a free water provided in the spa. The restaurant on site was very good actually, and not extremely overpriced! We ordered close to 10dishes, wine and dessert for around 80€. The staff is very helpful. Live music was playing in the lobby which we loved. This is an older more traditional hotel which has been updated to modern needs, and is well taken care of. Parking is free and included (also for Tesla's). You can stay parked even after you check out so that if you want to shop or roam you don't need to move your car right away. The rooms are clean and redone.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Breakfast was one of the nicest I have ever had in a hotel. Staff were also very kind and attentive. And now for some critical feedback, why only three stars? Dinner was not awe inspiring, having all chosen the burger, we felt we could have gone to Burger King opposite, I would add, The starters were nice however. The restaurant lacked atmosphere and I would have expected more silver spoon dining in a five star hotel. Finally, the fact that the hotel charges 30 euro to go to the spa, which does not have a pool, on top of very expensive rooms (we paid 350 for one night in a deluxe) I would have expected to gain entry in to the spa at least. Hence, Three stars.

Very good option in Andorra la Vella. Hotel has quality design, very comfortable room, quality equipments both in room and bathroom. Coffee machine nespresso. Service is very good, a very special mention to the front desk manager whose name is Maria if I'm not mistaken, an absolute kindness and efficiency. Advise to book a deluxe room instead of standard. For a bit of extra, the deluxe provides much better comfort, especially during the weekend as some hotel guests can be very noisy and partying. Fitness is fine with the basic Technogym equipment. However pool is extra 25€ per person for 1 hour. For a nightly rate of 150-200€, the pool access should certainly be included with time slots for privacy. Parking is 22€ per day and very convenient. Overall, a very good experience in this hotel.
