This hotel is absolutely disgusting! I spent two nights in this hotel and it wasn’t until I flipped the quilted sheet on top of the comforter that I noticed blood stains on the comforter. House keeping went out of their way to hide the stains and not wash or change them out. Once we noticed the stained sheets we then noticed the room was never vacuumed as we saw M&M pieces scattered around the room. I wish I had noticed this the first night to have avoided staying here. I brought up all these issues to the front desk and demanded a full refund, instead they only refunded me for a one night stay. This hotel does not have the best interest for its guest. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. EVER!! Don’t let the affordable cost fool you.

I paid for 2 suits 285.00 give or take.. Both bathrooms were nasty with hair in them. I am waiting to see if they are going to accommodate us or not the housekeeper needs fired, I understand things are crazy and times are hard but this is pure laziness and nasty. They took $225 out for deposit for the 2 rooms , I get that back 😒 I expect to get better service WE WILL SEE all pictures of hair and dirt

A equipe foi amigável. As camas eram confortáveis, assim como o quarto simples. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, havia um cheiro azedo. Nós finalmente descobrimos quando liguei o banho. Havia (o que parecia) urina ao redor do ralo. O cheiro sumiu quando lavei. Nós não tínhamos um secador de cabelo em nosso quarto, como outros fizeram. Muitas vezes o elevador cheirava a maconha (assim como o 3º andar, onde um amigo estava hospedado). Outro amigo tinha percevejos em seu quarto. Este hotel está em uma ótima localização para o Centro de Convenções, mas definitivamente precisa de algum trabalho.

O quarto, roupa de cama, banheiro era muito limpo. As camas eram super confortáveis. A senhora que estava trabalhando na recepção foi muito simpática e hospitaleira. O estacionamento era gratuito. O bar/sala de jantar estava fechado devido ao Covid. Tivemos que pagar por um muffin e café no térreo, mas há uma cafeteira e frigobar no quarto, além de um forno de microondas no térreo. Computadores e uma impressora para usar se precisar. Muito boa localização.

El personal fue amable. Las camas eran cómodas, al igual que la habitación sencilla. Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, había un olor agrio. Finalmente lo descubrimos cuando abrí la bañera. Había (lo que parecía) orina alrededor del desagüe. El olor desapareció cuando lo enjuagué. No teníamos secador de pelo en nuestra habitación, como otros. Muchas veces el ascensor apestaba a marihuana (al igual que el 3er piso donde se hospedaba un amigo). Otro amigo tenía chinches en su habitación. Este hotel está en una excelente ubicación para el Centro de Convenciones, pero definitivamente necesita algo de trabajo.

La habitación estaba muy limpia La piscina estaba muy calentita y limpia El personal fue muy agradable y amable. Tienen una sala de gimnasio abierta las 24 horas, horarios de piscina ajustados por pandemia y computadoras. Los niños se divirtieron mucho jugando en el hotel. Muy recomendable

La habitación, la ropa de cama, el baño estaba muy limpio. Las camas eran súper cómodas. La señora que trabajaba en la recepción fue muy agradable y hospitalaria. El aparcamiento era gratuito. El bar/comedor estaba cerrado debido a Covid. Tuvimos que pagar por un muffin y un café en la planta baja, pero hay una cafetera y una mini nevera en la habitación, además de un microondas en la planta baja. Computadoras y una impresora para usar si es necesario. Muy buena ubicación.

The room, linens, bathroom was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The lady that was working at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. Parking was free. The bar/dining room was closed due to Covid. We did have to pay for a muffin and coffee downstairs but there is a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room plus a microwave downstairs. Computers and a printer to use if you need to. Very good location.

The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable, as was the simple room. When we got to our room, there was a sour smell. We finally figured it out when I turned on the bath. There was (what looked like) urine around the drain. The smell went away when I rinsed it out. We did not have a hair dryer in our room, as others did. Many times the elevator reeked of pot (as did the 3rd floor where a friend was staying). Another friend had bedbugs in their room. This hotel is in a great location to the Convention Center, but it definitely needs some work.

Este hotel anuncia no Hotels.com que o estacionamento está incluído. Além de não estar incluído, o gerente geral da propriedade não honra o acordo do hotels.com. Falei com Kevin e ele não se desculpou nem honrou os termos sob os quais reservei. Quando eu disse a ele que não deveria ter que pagar por algo que estava incluído, ele disse "é disso que se trata", como se eu estivesse sendo ganancioso e exigente. Suas habilidades com pessoas são absolutamente horríveis e eles têm integridade zero.

Este foi o pior hotel que fiquei. Primeiro, fui recebido por um funcionário rude da recepção que, em vez de nos ajudar com um problema, a reserva me interrompeu e me disse que eu não poderia entrar se não tivesse o que precisava. Quando voltei, disse “oh você de novo”, rapidamente nos ajudou, continuou. Usado a garagem, mas não foi informado das taxas que vieram com, quando chegamos ao nosso quarto havia um cheiro azedo no banheiro. Os vizinhos estavam batendo na parede, tocando nossa campainha (estávamos em um quarto para deficientes). Desci para reclamar e me disseram que o quarto que eu estava falando não poderia ser ao lado do meu e que eu estava errado?? Voltei para verificar e com certeza eu estava certo? Tudo e todos uma experiência terrível, por favor, não trabalhe na indústria da hospitalidade se você não gosta de pessoas !!!!

Este hotel tem uma história longa e bem documentada de publicidade de estacionamento incluída em aplicativos de reserva de terceiros e, em seguida, recusando-se a honrá-la APÓS o check-in. O gerente, Kevin, é arrogante, desdenhoso e estranhamente não adequado para trabalhar com o público. Mesmo quando eu tive a prova de que o hotels.com mostrou a eles como tendo estacionamento incluído para o hotel, ele não se importou. A empresa Sonesta disse que alguém entraria em contato, mas tem sido grilos. Isso não é apenas imoral, é totalmente fraudulento. Chocante eles estão se safando disso por tanto tempo! Este hotel anuncia en Hotels.com que el estacionamiento está incluido. No solo no está incluido, sino que el gerente general de la propiedad no cumple con el acuerdo de hotels.com. Hablé con Kevin y no se disculpó ni cumplió con los términos bajo los cuales reservé. Cuando le dije que no debería tener que pagar por algo que estaba incluido, dijo "de eso se trata todo esto" como si estuviera siendo codicioso y exigente. Sus habilidades con las personas son absolutamente horribles y tienen cero integridad.

Este fue el peor hotel en el que me he alojado. Primero fue recibido por un trabajador de recepción grosero que, en lugar de ayudarnos con un problema que teníamos al reservar, me interrumpió y me dijo que no podía entrar si no tenía lo que necesitaba. Cuando volví, dije "oh tú otra vez", rápidamente nos ayudó, continuó. Usé el estacionamiento, pero no me informaron de las tarifas que venían con, cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación había un olor agrio en el baño. Los vecinos estaban golpeando la pared, tocando el timbre (estábamos en una habitación para discapacitados). Bajé a quejarme y me dijeron que la habitación de la que estaba hablando no podía estar al lado de la mía y que estaba equivocado. Volví a comprobar y, efectivamente, estaba en lo cierto. En general, una experiencia terrible, ¡no trabaje en la industria hotelera si no le gusta la gente!

This hotel has a long and well documented history of advertising parking is included on third party booking apps and then refusing to honor that AFTER you check in. The manager, Kevin is arrogant, dismissive, and oddly not well suited for working with the public. Even when I had proof that hotels.com showed them as having parking included for their hotel he didn't care .Sonesta corporate said that someone would reach out but it's been crickets. This is not only immoral, it's flat out fraudulent. Shocking they're getting away with it for so long! You just expectore from a 3 star hotel.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. First was greeted by a rude front desk worker who instead of helping us with a problem we had booking interrupted me and told me I couldn’t get in if I didn’t have what I needed. When I came back, said “oh you again”, quickly helped us, went on. Used the parking garage, but was not informed of the fees that came with, when we got to our room there was a sour smell in the bathroom. Neighbors were banging on wall, ringing our doorbell (we were in a handicap room). Went downstairs to complain and was told the room I was talking about could not be next to mine and that I was wrong?? Went back to check and sure enough I was right? All and all a terrible experience, please don’t work in the hospitality industry if you don’t like people!!!!

This hotel advertises on Hotels.com that parking is included. Not only is it not included but the general manager of the property doesn't honor the hotels.com agreement. I spoke with Kevin and he had no apologies nor would he honor the terms under which I booked. When I told him I shouldn't have to pay for something that was included he said "that's what this is all about" as if I was being greedy and demanding. His people skills are absolutely horrible and they have zero integrity.
