Dreams Vista Cancun Spa did a phenomenal job for my wife and I. They where highly organized and everything ran smoothly. They pampered us with all the care in the world. They gave us enough time in every section of the spa. We just loved the way they escorted us throughout. Beautiful peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed it. We can’t wait to come back again.

Eu realmente não consigo expressar o suficiente como minha viagem foi incrível aqui! Minha primeira vez não só no México, mas saindo dos Estados Unidos! Eu escolhi um ótimo resort para ter minha primeira experiência. O resort é absolutamente lindo e o serviço foi excelente! Todo mundo foi tão amigável e tão bom e muito útil. A equipe realmente vai acima e além. Todo mundo estava sempre limpando, no início da manhã às 6 da manhã eles estavam preparando a piscina para o dia e limpando a praia. A equipe na piscina da cobertura foi incrível e sempre lá quando você precisa deles! Eles realmente sabiam como manter um sorriso no rosto!A equipe de entretenimento foi incrível! Dania, Eric e Henry são nossas três pessoas favoritas! Eles realmente sabiam não apenas como começar a festa, mas também faziam você se sentir bem-vindo. Eles realmente nos conheceram, pelo nosso nome, e foram simplesmente incríveis! Ficamos muito tristes ao partir, especialmente nossos novos amigos para trás.Estamos muito entusiasmados para voltar porque este lugar foi absolutamente excepcional! Nuestra estadía durante 6 días fue completamente MARAVILLOSA. El servicio, las instalaciones, la comida, todo fue maravilloso. Mis hijos de 10 y 6 años quedaron fascinados con el explorer club y sus maestras. Gracias Karla, Glendy y Yesenia, sin ustedes y sin su ayuda nuestras vacaciones no serían las mismas. Eu e minha namorada ficamos no Dreams Resort e nossa experiência foi maravilhosa. O resort é lindo e um pouco difícil de contornar os andares até se acostumar com os elevadores. Eles têm uma boa seleção de restaurantes para escolher, todos com um ótimo serviço e opções de refeições saborosas.A piscina é enorme, há muito espaço para se movimentar e desfrutar. Eles oferecem uma seção VIP muito agradável com vista para a água e com fácil acesso imediato à piscina, praia e jacuzzi.A melhor parte de nossa visita foi como a equipe foi maravilhosa em relação a nós. Sempre tão útil e sempre tão amigável.Uma ótima experiência!

We had an amazing time in the Dreams Vista. This was our first time in Cancun and with two toddlers boys we wanted to stay in a resort that was family.Dreams was fun for the entire family.There's a kids club where parents can leave their kids (3+ yrs) to enjoy their own time.The entertainment team arrangs plenty of cool shows for all ages.The beach and all the pools are maintained very well.There is a kids pool play area too, but the water there was so cold because of it's location it barely gets any sunlight. It would be nice if there was an indoor pool for the little ones.Other than that,I would definitely recommend Dreams Vista for quality vacation!

Son bonitas y modernas las instalaciones, el trato del personal del hotel es amable y cordial, el area de juegos para los niños es bueno,se entretienen, los eventos son como cualquier otro hotel, tienen una alberca enorme, pero la playa no es muy bonita tiene mucha piedra.

The Dreams resort was clean and the employees were friendly and hard working. The pool area both rooftop and the ground pool were very nice. If your just looking for a clean resort and comfortable stay this is the place. If your looking for delicious food and great drinks look elsewhere! The drinks were very watered down and the food was subpar at best! The buffet had very little choices and everything was cold. Service at the other restaurants was slow and the food choices were very limited. Food portions were also very small and not very good tasting.

I seriously cannot express enough how amazing my trip was here! My first time not only in Mexico, but leaving the United States! I picked such a great resort to have my first experience at. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the service was outstanding! Everyone was so friendly and so nice and very helpful. The staff really do go above and beyond. Everyone was always cleaning, early in the morning at 6 AM they were getting the pool ready for the day and cleaning up on the beach. The staff at the rooftop pool were amazing and always there right when you need them! They really knew how to keep a smile on your face! The entertainment staff was awesome! Dania, Eric, and Henry are our three favorite people ever! They really knew not only how to get the party started, but really made you feel welcomed. They got to really know us, by our name, and they were just awesome! We were so sad leaving, especially our new friends behind. We are so excited to come back because this place was absolutely outstanding! Thanks for the best time ever!

Muy amable el lugar ... Solo que en estacionamiento y zonas muy internas no había señal de datos telcel pero el internet wifi sí había.

My stay was poor due to the fact when we first arrived our dates were messed up and instead of them just changing the dates we had to wait four hours to be checked into a room. Wasted an entire day because no one knew how to just change things around. On the 4th day of our trip I was hurt on the property from the ceiling leaking water on the floor. I have multiple sclerosis and a bad right leg which got hurt even more when I fell in the room. When I went to speak with someone they asked did my boyfriend and I take pictures of the incident not if I needed help or a wheelchair. This fall caused my tremors to return and pain shooting down my right leg and lower back. Instead of them administering any first aid they made me sign a document saying that I wouldn’t sue the hotel. They moved us to another room since the incident in the first one , the next room did not have a sliding door and the shower was broken, it would flood with water and never went down after we showered. My bf was afraid that I would fall again due to how much water was left. We alerted Alberto but he seemed to be rude and have a attitude any time that we would come to him and ask questions about the rooms not being up to standard . He said he would move us to another room again we had to wait forever for him to find something. He moved us to a corner suiteYou would think great right . No absolutely not. The smell was disgusting like they pumped all of their garbage in these ponds by the room. My boyfriend found a dead spider under his pillow. We asked Alberto for more mats to go in the shower and we never got them. Overall I had a horrible experience. I was hurt and just treated like whatever they didn’t give any medicine just rubbed some cream there and didn’t even give bags to at-least get ice. We got so much of our time wasted just to be put in new rooms . If you want to be hurt and not treated with respect when it happens on there property this is the place for you. Never again. First horrible experience out the country.

Me and my girlfriend just stayed at Dreams Resort and our experience was wonderful. The resort is beautiful and a bit tricky to get around the floors until you get use to the elevators. They have a good selection of restaurants to choose from, all have great service and tasty meal options. The pool is huge, there is plenty of room to move around and enjoy. They offer a very nice VIP section overlooking the water and having immediate easy access to the pool, beach, and jacuzzi. Best part of our visit was how wonderful the staff was towards us. Always so helpful and always so friendly. A great experience!

No hay mucha gente portemporada baja, pero por cuestiones de covid 19 solo está al 50% de su capacidad, la alberca es larga, la playa no es la mejor pero no tiene sargazo, el personal es amable y siempre están al pendiente, el hotel tiene un diseño limpio y moderno.

From the moment we arrived to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf and Spa resort we were welcomed with smiles and amazing hospitality. The staff is second to none.  We were Escorted to the 9 floor where we had a private check-in in the Preferred Club.Whatever questions I had and I had a lot of questions Roberto had answer and a solution. I needed a birthday cake last minute with a romantic dinner reservation Roberto made it happen without hesitation, tables and transportation to the local night life Consider It Done! He had everything we need during our entire stay.The Preferred Club on the 9th floor has the best bartender in all of Cancun his Name is Hector. Hector is a true professional 👏 👌🏾 his mixed drinks leave you speechless with his presentation and taste. He has GREAT interpersonal skills conversation and advice on some of the best tequilas in all of Mexico. He prides himself on getting your order correct the first time.This 4 Diamond Resort is someplace I will be tell all my friends to visit and ask for Roberto Club Preferred Concierge and Hector Club Preferred Bartender  😀 these guys are amazing.

We loved our stay! We booked Dreams Vista with Southwest Vacations for our annual anniversary trip. The price seemed comparable with all of the other comparable resorts in the area. From the moment we arrived until we left, the entire staff made sure we were comfortable and cared for. The property is impeccably clean, the rooms are large and luxurious. The food was fun, delicious and varied. We never ate at the same place more than once.(4 nights and 5 days) There was never a moment when we could cite anything but sincere hospitality. They provide many activities, from kayak and snorkel gear on the beach, to water aerobics and beach volleyball.Also, they have excursion companies on site that can set up anything outside of the resort that you are interested in, but also provide in a non-pushy way.We love the Mexican hospitality and had a blast playing for the week! ¡Viva México!

Dreams Vista is extremely clean, the staff is very nice, hard working and the entertainment shows were a great time. The staff was very engaging and truly enjoyed us being there. Cesar and Adel were great servers and made sure we were welcomed every day. The entertainment crew of Erik, Irene, Dani and Henri made us feel welcome and were so fun to be around. Between beach and pool volleyball, surfing and the nightly entertainment they were a great time to hang out with. Without a doubt the entertainment group made our stay so much fun. The only reason I did not give five stars, was the beer selection was limited. I wish they had more to offer in terms of beer.

Las instalaciones son buenas y bien mantenidas en general, la actitud del equipo en general muy robotizada y reactiva, entiendo perfectamente que eso debe ser por la presión que tienen de sus gerentes. Cuando buscas un escape de la rutina lo que menos quieres es lidiar con personas con actitud apática y rígidas.

Bastante cómodo, con una vista espectacular, muy buena atención por parte del personal y una variedad bastante buena de restaurantes. Excelente por el precio para venir a relajarte y disfrutar del clima

Lo bueno: Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y modernas. La habitación muy cómoda y bonita. Minibar. Servicio a la habitación. El coco café excelente. El concierge súper atento. Excelente trato por parte de la gente de recepción al hacer check-in y check out. Excelente vista desde la habitación. Buena calidad de sus bebidas.Lo malo: La comida de los restaurantes es repetitiva, no tiene buen sabor. El agua de la alberca fría y si hace viento no ponen sombrillas para cubrir del sol. La alberca en el piso superior es solo para club preferencial. El espacio de playa es reducido. El restaurante de snacks no estuvo abierto y no hay alguno que los sustituya.Lo peor: El servicio de los meseros, cheffs y demás en los restaurantes súper lentos nos son nada atentos, si eres mexicano el problema se acrecenta, ya que le dan preferencia al extranjero que lleva dólares. El peor restaurante el de comida asiática o japonesa meseros mal encarados.

Estuvimos en Marzo y de algunos de los nombres que recordamos son: Belen, super amable y atenta en todo momento, nos hizo sentir cómodos con la platica que íbamos a tener sin ser forzado o una obligación (sabemos que es una platica por socios UVC que podemos tomar o no pero ella realmente te hace querer tomarla sin estar presionando). Giselle que nos dio la bienvenido en varios restaurantes se encarga de atenderte con mucha atencion y amabilidad, se interesa por que te sientas cómodo y siempre con una linda sonrisa. Edgar del restaurante himitsu tiene super buenas recomendaciones, no solo atiende por atender sino que te pregunta que te gusta y busca opciones adecuadas, todo lo que nos sugirió estuvo delicioso. Oscar de portofino es muy ameno con su bienvenida y siempre estuvo atento de nosotros, su servicio te hace sentir VIP. Miguel de UVC es una persona super enfocada en hacerte sentir como en casa y busca que aproveches al máximo todas las actividades. Carlos de prefered es un super barman, le queda riquísima las margaritas y también lo sangrita de la banderita y tiene mucho estilo. Todo el equipo de animación es atento y divertido, estuvimos muy motivados a seguirlos en cada una de sus actividades y siempre muy interesados en apoyarte y resolver dudas (aun que no era con ellos te dirigirán con las personas correctas). Es mas hasta los salvavidas son personas gentiles que buscan que disfrutes sin ponerte en riesgo. Sus puntos negativos son que las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero con tantas actividades para hacer fuera estas poco tiempo en el cuarto, ynos toco dias de mucho aire y la alberca si estaba muy fría (varias personas estaban en el "jacuzzi" de la esquina por que estaba calientita el agua). Pero en general muy buen hotel por la variedad de comida y bebida y atencion, esperemos pronto regresar.

Pesima experiencia, de 4 habitaciones que contratamos, las 4 presentaron algún problema, una de las habitaciones en especial tenia fuerte olor a drenaje. En general para ser un hotel de reciente apertura esta muy descuidado y considerando que es un hotel de lujo y por el costo de las habitaciones.... deja mucho que desear. No había snacks en ningún lado, solo los restaurantes pero pues no se puede sacar la comida. El trato en general bien, pero atienden de mejor forma al extranjero. Para no seguir solo hablando mal, lo que si esta muy bien es la comida en los restaurantes,en la japones y en la Italiana en especial... pero la verdad es que la toda la comida es excelente!!!En verdad lamento los Comentarios, no acostumbro hacer malos,sin embargo lo que venden y la espectativa que se tiene contra el costo del servicioen definitiva no es lo esperado.Dejare un par de imagenes del mal estado del hotel...

Exceptionally beautiful hotel. Beautiful people, excellent service right from the moment of arrival. Beautifully designed architecture; welcoming environment, they even disinfect all your luggage before bringing them up to your room! The room itself - WOW!! From the plunge pool to the beautiful ocean view with the moonlit waters and cool ocean breeze! Well stocked fridge with drinks and snacks 😋. I will update as I continue to stay here. But first impressions, excellent!

Best vacation that I ever had! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food and spa were awesome. It's such a beautiful resort and my Dad loved the golf course. Pro tip, arrange for a car service with the resort to drive you there and take you to the airport. It's less expensive, and easier to schedule.

El hotel es muy grande y lujoso. La atencion es excelente, asi como la limpieza. Las alberca principal es enorme! todos son muy amables, la comida tambien es muy rica y la zona esta muy tranquila. La playa no es el turquesa que todos esperamos ver, pero es una playa bonita con arena blanca y suave, y el agua es tranquila, casi no hay olas y el agua esta deliciosamente tibia. No esta lejos de algunas playas mas azules, y respecto al sargazo, casi todas las playas lo tienen, aqui tratan de limpiarlo pero imposible que deje de acumularse a lo largo de el dia.

Gostei muito da experiência de me hospedar neste hotel. Tem um ótimo atendimento com funcionários prestativos e atenciosos, que tentam nos suprir em todos nossos pedidos, alguns em especial comoa querida Dana o Cézar, Ricardo todos muito simpáticos entre outros. A comida boa e com uma ótima apresentação. O hotel por ser relativamente novo as acomodações são modernas e funcionais, o serviço de quarto foi realizado com frequência, boa higienização das dependências. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar neste local.
