Hotel muito bom, bem moderno, limpo e com funcionários simpáticos, só o restaurante que precisa melhorar um pouco

Bom hotel, ambiente agradável, funcionários prestativos e educados, quartos amplos e limpos, banheiro espaçoso. Gostei muito.

Quartos confortáveis e café da manhã bom . Equipe de atendimento excelente. Apesar de ficar em Mestre adorei, tanto que já me hospedei 4 vezes neste hotel.

Excelente hotel, excelente café da manhã. Estacionamento grátis. Hotel novo. Quartos amplos e limpos. Wi-fi nos quartos. Ônibus direto para Veneza. 15 minutos. Perto tem uma osteria muito boa. Hotel moderno.

Pros: - Welcome drink voucher given (Gold status benefit that isn't always offered without asking). - Nice large room, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar with free drinks, and two robes with slippers (Privilege Room). - The €10 breakfast is pretty good value. Staff offered to make a proper cappuccino or espresso in the kitchen which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was small sausages, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, vegetarian quiche, bacon, several different cakes, croissants, and bread, the spreads available were: Nutella, honey and several jams, also offered were cereals, salad, tomato, mozzarella, fruit, and fruit juices. - Breakfast area was VERY clean. Watched the 3 staff members very thoroughly clean every possible surface towards the end of breakfast (pre-Covid). - There is a free laundry room on -1 with a washer and dryer and laundry detergent. Cons: - No welcome amenity given (Gold status benefit). - Hotel is a bit concerning to get to by public transport at night as there are dark roads leading to the hotel from the closest bus stop. We didn't feel safe coming from the train station at night. I would suggest a taxi. The bus to/from Venice was also VERY crowded. - Paid for a Privilege Room and were told by reception that we had been 'upgraded'. The 'upgrade' was to a Privilege Room - that we had already booked. Overall: The hotel was quite nice, but we probably wouldn't stay here again as the location wasn't great. It would be worth spending more to stay in Venice properly. If you a travelling with a car it probably wouldn't be as much of an issue.

Nice facilities, excellent parking. Location not great for easy access to tourist stuff, but if that's not an issue then this is a much more civilised option than hotels in town.

Muy buen hotel. Con un personal muy profesional y amable. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. Muy fácil acceder en coche y con parking exterior gratuito. Está Situado a 2minutos a pie de la parada de bus que os lleva a Venezia.

Very nice and clean and new hotel, personnel very kind and flexible, absolutely high hygienic standard also during breakfast so do not worry about Covid. Only 5 minutes walk to bus stop for Venice (buy discounted bus ticket at reception and do not forget to validate ticket on the bus). Parking free of charge on the hotel premises.

The room it's very clean and quite big but only a small bottle of water in the fridge. And receptionist was the only one met in here who speaks very good english.

Reception is very informative. The gentleman in charge detailed me on a map how to park on the island and ride the water bus. It's really helpful. Room is big and clean. Room cleaner gave us help immediately when we requested. Breakfast is fresh and good. The beautiful service girl is smiling and making nice coffee. Hotel provides big parking place. This is really first choice for Venice tourist. Drop off your luggage and enjoy a relax tour on island! I saw people who booked hotel on island dragging the luggage on bridge and steps, they were exhausted.

Increible de bonito,habitación amplia,con todas las comodidades muy limpio y confortable.El trato con los trabajadores es exquisito,muy amables.Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito.A muy poquitos metros tienes una parada de bus y tardas 10 min en estar en Venecia y muy cerquita dispones de panaderias ,supermercados. La comida buenisima.Disponen de menú a un precio muy bueno ademas buffet o a la carta.En el mismo hotel puedes comprar el billete de bus y el bono parq el vaporetto asi despues no haces colas (recomiendo hacerlo) porque hubo gente que despues lo compró por Venecia y les estafaron porque los billetes estaban caducados asi que es una buena manera de asegurarte. Desde luego si vuelvo volveré allí.

A mi el hotel en si me gustó, pero lo que pasa es que las camas de los niños estan juntas y no separadas. Bueno, los trabajadores muy amables, la comida muy buena y habitaciones y baños grandes. Este hotel me gustó bastante, solo que la cama la ubiesen podido separar...y otra cosa es que esta un poco apartado de toda Venecia, pero bueno, este hotel ha sido bueno :)

Los huevos revueltos desastrosos son en toda la cadena. Sin embargo el servicio de este hotel es mucho mejor. A pesar de estar alejado de la ciudad, es muy facil llegar en transporte público a la misma. Personal amable y atento.

Muy bien hotel con amplia habitación. Ubicación perfecta a 5 mn a pie de un parada de bus que por 3 € ida y vuelta os lleva a la entrada de Venecia. Carta restaurante muy corta que tiene que mejorar.

This is a marvelous place to stay if you want to visit Venice. The hotel staff is so nice and accommodating. I had a sore throat during my stay and they provided us with lemons and mugs for the hot water (There is a hot water maker in the room). I needed a bandaid they had it. Our hairdryer wasn't working but they have really good ones if you ask. They book you bus tickets right at the front desk. The list of things they provided for us goes on. The bus is a five minute walk and takes you right to Venice within 20 minutes. There is also a gas station with a little store for snacks and food right across the street. The shower is wonderful and strong too! Beds are firm but I slept great. Black out curtains. Mini fridge. Teas and coffee. USB sockets. Lots of amenities. Thank you for making our 3 night stay so great!

It was a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Didn't have any problems during my stay. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the room is well air conditioned. However, it should be noted that the hotel is not in old town Venice and you need to take a bus to reach to the old town that takes 20 minutes. For this reason, the hotel didn't feel pedestrian friendly. Especially when we were coming to the hotel at 22:00, it was quite difficult to figure out our way. Also the hotel has all the basic necessities but the rooms are a bit old style (especially in the bathrooms). I was actually expecting a bit more from a 4* hotel. It felt more like an Ibis ( which is still comfortable) However, all in all, apart from the access to the hotel, it was a pleasant stay.

We have literally just returned from this hotel! They very kindly upgraded up rooms and furnished us with lots of information about Venice. Easy bus ride to Venice and the bus stop is a walk away...
