“The pictures of the palace and grounds speak for themselves, but all I can say is wow, what fantastic staff. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but in particular, Luiza and Miguel went above and beyond to help us, before, during and after our stay. In terms of hospitality, it is perhaps the best hotel I have stayed at in Europe.”
