“we purchased a swim up pool room and luckily for us it’s right by the beach. resort workers so nice and accommodating and welcoming. they answered any questions we had. the resort was beautiful full of so many food options and it was all inclusive!”

“We had the BEST holiday. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the pool side staff. Coca Cola and Chocolate made everything so much fun and really created a fun-friendly atmosphere by including everyone in water sports, aerobics and dancing at the different parties. Jose Luis at the pool bar was also very friendly and always checking in on us throughout the day with drinks. These staff really went above and beyond to make an effort to speak with us daily with friendly, open conversation. Would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to anyone! Gona miss the Grand Palladium Palace family! ”
