“The staff is amazing and extremely nice, ready to cater to whatever it is you need, the rooms are honestly ok, the floors are so dirty that my white socks were black by the end of the night, the food is edible at best, not sure what happens but brown water came out of the shower for the first couple of minutes, don't count on the AC to work either we had two rooms and both were hot, you can't adjust the room temperature. I guess the location is what you're really paying for.”

“This is a lovely boutique hotel located on the Paseo de la Reforma. Our "simple" room, though small, was very clean and comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were of the highest quality. There's a bus stop very close, so getting to the Centro Historico or Chapultepec Park museums was very easy. The hotel seemed popular with business people and National tourists. It was quiet and elegant. We did not sample the restaurant as it was very crowded with a waiting line the morning we went to have breakfast.”
