Não recomendo! Casarão velho, adaptado. Higiene ruim, comida péssima .Mudei um dia após a minha chegada ao perceber rachaduras nas paredes por conta do forte terremoto que abalou a cidade. Sinceramente, este local não deveria ser chamado de Hostel. A única vantagem é a LOCALIZAÇÃO CENTRAL, e só!

No comfortable at all, you have to prepare your bed by yourself Each time you need the kitchen you have to ask the receptionist to open it for you and the stove.. have a lighter with you too.. differently you will wait extra time to find one.. no free water to drink. Expensive for its value

Creepy hostal! It's like and old hospital with white lights and bathroom really dirty all the time, vibes are not good i feel depressed there! It's a mixture between cells and hospital! Price is not good with this place cause if you pay a little more you can stay in another hostel better than this!La verdad es que te da la sensación de estar en un hospital abandonado o una cárcel! Todo el ambiente es depresivo y triste con una iluminación espantosa. Las habitaciones son horribles y hay una sola luz general por lo que la gente que va allí la enciende a cualquier hora por más de que estés durmiendo! Los baños siempre sucios y tapados y las chicas de recepción muy mala onda y cero empáticas!😒 El precio es elevado para el servicio! Vayan a otro hostel del área que hay muchas opciones mejores que este lugar horrible!! 👎

Buen hostal, cómodo, hogareño y cerca del centro histórico, precio justo, sin estacionamiento, y difícil el acceso a personas con capacidades diferentes, ofrecen entretenimiento dentro de sus instalaciones de excelente calidad, un servicio de maravilla hacia los huéspedes,y por las noches te ayudan a pedir transporte sin necesidad de salir del inmueble.

it started good, but it was a little bit disappointing. I stayed for 3 weeks, and when I came to visit a friend, they would not allow me to go to the toilet. Luggage storage was allowed only for one night, unlike in other hostels, and I saw other people storing it for longer than one day. The people working at the hostel were very nice, but put under pressure by the boss, and one woman working there lacks social competence. The guy working at the hostel was very good, Rebecca is also doing a good job, and Vanessa did a great job. Unfortunately, Vanessa, who really knew how to interacts with the guests, was apparently fired. Using the kitchen is very exhausting, as you always have to go down the stairs to tell people working there to open it. And one woman working there is very slow in doing so. The guests in the hostel were all amazing, some foreigners, but many Mexicans from all over the country. The hostel has potential, but they need to learn more about how the hostel community works. Good luck.

We had 7 nights booked in one of the double bedrooms with the shared bathroom. After waking up the first night I booked another hotel, unfortunately from the day after so we had to stay another night. The window was massive, with curtains that you couldn't close completely so there was a lot of light in the room. The noise was awful, music until about 3am, then people talking and arguing, then cars from 6am. We couldn't sleep at all. If you can sleep with ear plugs, bring some. The ladies bathroom on the first floor is ok, I guess. It was clean enough, no hand soap or paper towels and they weren't refilled at least the 2 days we were there. There are no matts outside the shower and the second day I slipped and fell on the floor, luckily I didn't hurt myself too much. We were expecting that hostel vibe where people hang out together and you get to meet new people but I didn't have that feeling here at all. Only good things I can say is location and the girls in reception were really nice and helpful.

El precio es accesible, pero las camas no son muy buenas, la ubicación perfecta, en los sanitarios falta jabón para las manos, La atención del personal es buena, pero no recomiendo el lugar.

No se hospeden ahí, el lugar no está limpio, casi no hay luz dentro del lugar, te hacen esperar en recepción bastante para una habitación, el gerente es de lo más grosero, más si no eres extranjero. En la sala de espera tienen muebles muy sucios y máquinas de refrescos que ya ni sirven, parece lugar de mala muerte, en las habitaciones también, lo único rescatable son las señoras que asean los cuartos, son muy amables.

Baños limpios, amabilidad en la atención por parte del personal, precio acorde a las habitaciones, tiene cocina y área común. Recomendable, volvería a tomarlo como opción de hospedaje.

El lugar es grande y tiene buena ubicación. El problema es que hay mucho inmigrante y se la pasan hablando toda la noche por celular o entre ellos en las habitaciones. El recepcionista de la noche tiene una actitud pésima

Cuando llegamos solo había habitaciones con baño compartido para todo el piso, pero se entiende al ser un hostal, servicio en recepción muy amable las señoritas. Me gustó el lugar honestamente a mi pareja no tanto solo por el baño compartido pero la enseñaré a ser viajera y que se vaya adaptando. Y buen lugar para conocer a gente de otros estadoso países muy ameno el lugar

Muy buena ubicación si se quiere pasear por el centro. A unas cuadras del zócalo. Las habitaciones compartidas no están mal para una emergencia y las habitaciones privadas también están bien por el precio.

Friendly staff. Great location. I stayed in the 10-bed mixed dorm. The beds are OK, they're not mattresses, but very thick gym pads with vinyl cover, you get bed sheets when you check in. The place feels open inside, large common areas, but no windows or open air spaces. The kitchen is also OK, because they have a small amount of dishes. Overall good if you're looking for a cheap place to stay.

Tive uma boa experiência e fui muito bem atendido e bem tratado pelos funcionários! Localização excelente com facilidade para vários passeios turísticos no centro de CDMX além de fácil acesso ao transporte público. Os quartos săo amplos, recepção confortável e com um bar muito aconchegante que facilita a comunicação entre os hóspedes. Café da manhã ótimo e voltaria com certeza a me hospedar nesse lugar!

I booked this hotel in Expedia, but had to cancel the booking due to COVID. They charged me an 85% fee, even though I cancelled it 5 days prior to the what they called "Free cancellation until..." date.Be careful of their trap because they make you think the date that "Free cancellation until " is for a full refund, but it is not. When you book, you lose 85% if you cancel it right after that. When you look at the website, it shows a different policy for the cancellation date (full refund). However, after you book, the confirmation email will show you their real game!I loved the idea of staying in their hotel and using their tours. However, after I found out that I got caught in a cheat of "Free cancellation... " (whatever date, they only refund max 15%), I won't ever use any kind of their service (accommodation, tour, transport, etc.) to avoid another swindling. Untrustworthy agent.I've stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I found there is a new game of cheating from this hotel. The 1st photo is what you see on their website, the 1nd is what you get in the confirmation email.

I needed a place to be in Mexico City between two flights. That was perfect. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and cheap. I knew I would not have much time to sleep as I had to leave early morning to the airport. A cheap bed in a dormitory was all I needed. Gracias

Very good hostel, large, two or three stories. There are a lot of large common areas, kitchen, other relaxing area, computer to use, fitness possibility. It has large bathrooms with several sinks, showers and toilets, no wait in line. Clean and right in the center in very safe area, even alone at night. In two blocks you are in the center where there is everything you need. The rooms are small, as usual basic hostel rooms, the only thing that was pretty inconvenient is that it only had one plug at the entrance for all the beds and not enough for everybody either is room is full.
