“The hotel is good, rooms are very neat and clean. my Suite was luxurious and beds were very comfortable. The Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Location is not that great especially for elderly people. Lot of flies were in the room and bathroom.”

“Very nice rooms and reception, and room service. Cleaning staff was cutting corners and we had to ask them to refill items or bring missing items. Climbing jabl Omar is bit demanding but if you are fit it should be easy. Not recommended for people with wheel chair or elderly as even shuttle service will drop you on the hill. Breakfast was good with wide variety.”
