“No hot water.
Poor internet.
Disorganized and poorly maintained.
Do not confuse this location with the historic center which is a few block north. Here there are many more people sleeping in the streets.
Breakfast is also in line with 2 stars.
If there is nothing else available it is tolerable for a night.
Lastly avoid taxis if possible if you are a tourist. They sense immediately and will take advantage. Uber is a much better choice.”
