“Terrible experience - staying with family in Rooms 21-23, April 9-11 2022.
1. Not hot water
2. Lift not working - so had to carry child and pram and luggage up and down the stairs
3. One room (Room 23) did not work the entire stay - my 70 year old uncle had to go to reception every time he wanted to enter his room
This hotel is a joke and not worth staying.
Stay away. My entire family (5 adults and a child) had a bad experience.
