“This is a really special hotel. I stayed for one night in December 2021 and was very impressed by its understated elegance - staff were wonderful and accomodating and the room was beautifully furnished with small touches such as a fresh flower in the bathroom and comfortable fluffy robes. I ordered room service and this was also faultless - clearly a lot of thought has been put into giving visitors a luxury experience while still feeling very much at home. Also the location is also great, in a very beautiful part of Madrid and close to the gardens and sights.”

“Com certeza é um hotel cinco estrelas. Refinado, aconchegante e de bom gosto. Café da manhã incluso, com opções saborosas. Quartos confortáveis e de bom gosto. Está localizado próximo ao monumento de Netuno, 5 min à pé do Museu do Prado e do Museu Thyssen. Só não dei a máxima qualificação pois não possui áreas de lazer como piscina, e a academia é muito pequena.”
