I've had to contact reception several times about food not being delivered and the food we get is cold, salty and tastes like leftovers which have given me stomach problems I've never had before. I had to request new towels twice before getting them, and have had a very bad experience overall. As an example, I slept in yesterday as I'm still jetlagged after 3 months abroad and asked the receptionist around noon where my breakfast had gone, she replied by asking me rudely why I hadn't bothered saying anything til now. I had to remind her that I'm actually paying for staying here just like any other customer and explain myself for sleeping in. Definitely do not recommend, avoid if possible. WiFi is also really unstable.”

Sure, the place isn’t brand new anymore. But it’s an ok hotel, and an affordable one. The breakfast buffet offers options to any kind of diets. The rooms are a bit noisy, and being 1m90 I don’t fit in the shower.

I've had to contact reception several times about food not being delivered and the food we get is cold, salty and tastes like leftovers which have given me stomach problems I've never had before. I had to request new towels twice before getting them, and have had a very bad experience overall. Nice rooms, but without a wardrobe. Good breakfast, but currently no fresh bread. Good location a few blocks from the city centre, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Close to Nationaltheatret railway and underground station.

It is a very decent plae to stay in Oslo. It is a good value for money. It is not a posh kind of hotel, but you can definetely enjoy staying in this place. I felt though that the air is a bit too dry...
