“Location in terminal 2 outstanding, I would stay at the hotel again for this reason if I had an early flight. However, despite the impressive entrance the check-in staff are poor and the rooms are shabby. Ordered some room service wich was totally inedable”

“The infrastructure of this hotel is beautiful and classy. There are lots of services offered to your room from the staff and the bathroom is stunning! However most employees here seem to not speak English- at least not well enough to communicate our requests to them. The online ordering interface was also ineffective- I ordered a number of things and when I asked the front desk if they received the order for a bathrobe (the only thing I REALLY wanted) they were simply confused as if they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Another pretty frustrating part of my stay here was they gave me the wrong room and then about an hour into sitting in my second room it was pretty clear the AC was not working so they relocated me AGAIN. This hotel is simply not what it’s advertised as and you’re better off paying $50 at holiday inn with breakfast included even compared to the $160 I spent here for a night.”
