Rooms are basic but good place to spend the night

I like it best hotel near by airport in Mexico, recommended

We booked last minute at the reception in the middle of the night and the staff was very helpful. Room was quite good and comfortable, with a large bathroom and hot shower. Downsides: Lack of power outlets (except one in the bathroom). Breakfast choice was limited and served by the staff (even bread slices, that could not be toasted) which made it slow and less relaxed. Other than that, it's good if you need something relatively close to ADO station

Pros: Big room, close to ADO and airport. Park across the street. Street vendor outside with tamales. Cons: No power outlets anywhere in the room expect for ONE in the bathroom. Super weird and annoying to have to charge everyone’s stuff on ONE outlet in a separate room. Bed is very hard. Check in took more than 10 minutes. The door doesn’t function properly. Had to ask maintenance for help. Wifi is in and out.

Big rooms close to the bus station. Could use new floors and the sink was cracked.

Alguém pode me explicar o porquê de 4 estrelas desse hotel? 2 estrelas seriam demais .... exceto pela localização próximo ao aeroporto e ao espaço do quarto existe uma dúzia de "não tem"... Não tem frigobar...nao tem ar condicionado! E também não tem sequer um aquecedor pois o quarto estava frio e solicitei um aquecedor e fui informada que não havia... Não tem café manhã incluído na diária... Não tem cofre no quarto. Não tem secador cabelo. Não tem tapete no banheiro. Não tem coerência no valor da diária que através do booking é muuuito mais caro que direto no hotel.... Não tem uma cafeteira no quarto e não tem isolamento acústico. ..todo barulho do quarto vizinho como passos , abrir e fechar portas, descarga vaso sanitário e conversas são audíveis no meu quarto. .. Não tem luz de cabeceira. ..se precisar ler ou levantar só acendendo luz do quarto. Não tem palavra porque atendente nos deu um valor de 2300 pesos a ser pago em dinheiro e foi cobrado 2471 da tarjeta de crédito através booking . Sinto que caí numa armadilha. Infelizmente como cheguei tarde da noite e precisava de um hotel próximo ao aeroporto levei em consideração o hotel ter classificação de 4 estrelas ...mas que fria e que frio passei! !!

This hotel is situated 3-5 minutes from Tepito, which is near one of the most dangerous zones in Mexico City. Almost every Uber driver we took advised us to stay away from this area and even some canceled on us. Please don't book a hotel just by how nice the rooms look in the pictures or because the hotel includes free breakfast. Base your judgement not only on the written reviews but the area you will be staying at. No reserve un hotel solo por lo bonitas que se ven las habitaciones en las fotos o porque el hotel incluye desayuno gratis. Base su juicio no solo en las reseñas escritas, sino también en el área en la que se hospedará. Toda nuestra estadía se sintió insegura en este lugar

el servicio muy bueno los empleados muy amables. Lo que no me gustó es que por alguna razón había mucha calor en mexico y la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado, sufrí mucha calor. Todo lo demás muy buena ubicación

Me gustó el sencillo pero suficiente para descansar perfectamente, la atención muy buena , rico el desayuno de cortesía y la ubicación perfecta , cerca de la central De Autobuses Tapo y cerca de San Lázaro

El hotel tiene todos los servicios que se requieren para una estadía muy tranquila y segura, cerca a diferentes transportes públicos, la atención de todo el personal es muy atenta y cordial, si bien hay habitaciones sin remodelar aún, son muy cómodas Adriana siempre tiene una actitud de servicio muy amigable y te ayuda con cualquier duda, al igual que todos los demás trabajadores del hotel

De forma general, las instalaciones son buenas. Sin embargo, no cuentan con aire acondicionado. Fue una total sorpresa ya que me hospedé a inicios de abril y hacía calor en CDMX, por ende, dimos por hecho que el hotel contaría con este servicio, considero que deberían mencionar eso en la descripción general del lugar. Al preguntar en recepción nos indicaron que no hacía falta el aire acondicionado, que ningún huésped lo había solicitado y que si queríamos podíamos cancelar. Preguntamos si tenían algún ventilador y nos proporcionaron uno. Otro detalle fue que la puerta no funcionaba bien, abría hasta después de más de 5 intentos de insertar la tarjeta. La reservación se hizo para 4 personas y solamente colocaron 2 toallas grandes y una pequeña. En el área de cafetería, tienen servicio de café gratis por la noche. Respecto al desayuno, el servicio proporcionado por la señorita fue un poco descortés, ya que ellas sirven el buffet, el cual ese día solo contaba con huevos y chilaquiles. De igual forma, el servicio del internet en el cuarto piso era lento.

Esta bien pero ojalá puedan mejorar, por ejemplo el internet es pésimo, si tienes trabajo que hacer el internet no ayuda.Aunq tienen impresora eso está padre. El baño como que se tapa, hay un sólo toma corriente en todo el cuarto, no tiene clima frio ni caliente . Reservamos desde una semana anterior y nos hicieron esperar mucho tiempo para entregar la habitación. Esta bien , esta limpio y silencioso.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas y sin renovar. Se oye la TV del cuarto de al lado. El colchón ya habría que jubilarlo. La regadera y lavamanos flojos. El piso de deck botado y con humedad. En resumen, NO RECOMENDABLE. Lástima pues en otros de sus hoteles me ha ido bien. Total decepción.

La tensión y el hotel muy bonito el desayuno delicioso pero cuando salimos del hotel no caímos en cuenta en contar el dinero que habíamos dejado en la habitación confiando en la seguridad y la tolerancia del personal de Aseo y contamos con mi hermanoel dinero en el vuelo hacia Guadalajara y nos hacían falta 150 dólares. estamos segurosque el señor de la limpieza nos robó150 dólares ese día. el señor estaba raro y extraño pero no caímos en cuenta en contar el dinero ya que pues tuvimos la seguridad de que todo estaría seguro y Protegido. pero no lo fue así que tengan cuidado si se van a hospedar en este hotel.

I didn't like how the receptionist treated me, I had a reservation and asked for luggage hold. The receptionist questioned, as if I didnt have one, I didn't like the customer service overall. I didn't like the room, I only found one outlet in the room, I didn't like the quality of the towels, and you can hear the hallways and the rooms noise pretty loudly. Personally I will never stay here again in my life nor the hotels in this line.

Ok hotel but the pictures are misleading. Had a reservation for the unrefurbished rooms so asked if I could pay for an upgrade which I did. The upgraded rooms are not like in the pictures and they have definitely cut corners. The shower pressure was terrible in the room and the halls are noisy with doors slamming. There is nothing in the area and the hotel seems out of place. Ok for a night.but don't expect too much.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel MX Congreso for 2 nights right after we arrived in Mexico City. The staff was great, they let us check-in earlier and were really helpful throughout our entire stay. The room we had was very big and clean. Especially for the low price we paid, we were very satisfied. We would stay here again if we come back to Mexico City.

Breakfast of this hotel is bad because only few things were provided to us when i was going to canada with my friends.view outside this area is wonderful & we consumed food at nearby punjabi resaurant.

Good place but with many flaws. No WiFi signal in rooms and also in common areas it keep loosing connectivity. Vending Machine does not have coffee option after breakfast is over. When we reached hotel no one bothered to help us to take our luggage to room. Not much choice of food (for delivery) for international travelers. No help from staff to order food from outside . Most of the time Hotel staff find it hard to understand English, have to use Google translator to let then know. Good place but if you are hosting international travellers you must know universal language i.e English.

Room was clean and cleaning service was good. Still it was the horrible experience there. It's great that breakfast is free but i was 20 minutes late and asked for breakfast. The staff directly said no. I was late so I can take it as professionalism. But during my 48 hours stay at the hotel, the wifi works only for 6 or less hours. I informed alot but nothing happened. It was like I had to stay in the room due to Covid testing with no internet and channels on the TV were also in the local language that was totally unknown to me. I considered it bad. Didn't they thought about professionalism over here. So not going to recommend this hotel.

Very clean. It is perfect for the price. We booked on Airbnb. The walls are thin and we could here people talk from outside during the day, but had no problem at night. The hotel is not in the centro, so if you visit Mexico city to visit the Centro, you can get a hotel closer for the same price. But this one is super close to the airport, so that is also a plus.

Room was clean. Walls were a bit thin so I could hear guests in their rooms talking. It is in walking distance from a nice mercado and down the street from a park. Be advised: options for international foods are limited on food delivery apps in this area.

Stayed there two times because we loved the location great service. Employees are extremely helpful. It would receive 5 stars but there is always plumbing water leak issue.

Primeiramente, gostaria de agradece o Ricardo, funcionário muito prestativo e educado, a equipe também é boa, todos são atenciosos.O Hotel atende todas as necessidades de quem está indo para o México para fazer turismo, no entanto, ele fica distante dos pontos turísticos, mas fica perto do aeroporto. Há, porém, meio de transporte próximo.Camas boas, espaço bom, sem ar-condicionado, banheiro com alguns probleminhas. Caso seja possível, há quartos mais modernos, escolha por eles!Gracias!

Experience was great. Room was clean. Staff well mannered Jacuzzi worked perfectly fine, but the jets are too loud it makes too much noise. If you are trying to relax is better to have it off. Affordable place

Hotel and room were clean. Literally has one outlet in the room near the sink. Was unable to plug a laptop in at the desk or any other device other than my phone by the sink. Room starting to show its age, a couple things here and there were broken. Wi-fi was ok when able to connect, sometimes it would just drop or devices couldn't find signal. Could just be due to location of my specific room. The complimentary breakfast is a joke, just a cold sandwich with a juice, and a disgusting granola/cereal bar. I tried to get a drink at the vending machine, it ate my money and when i told the front desk, the guy just brushed me off. Overall stay was ok, probably wouldn't stay here again considering other available options.
