“Rachel who delivered my room service was amazing and super sweet went out of her way to get me a mt. Few.love her great customer service. However went to food service area later and wanted to grab a drink the lady working was very rude and disrespectful when I was asking for a soda she told me to look for myself which I already did and was trying to explain to her when she just walked away. Then got to check out 4 people was in line before me she then takes a woman who was not in line and they continue to have a conversation another employee had to walk up to check us out and then she got rude with her because she needed her to make change. Room was clean not 5 star and toilet kept me awake almost the whole night running. I had to turn water off in order to get rest will not stay again”
