Very clean rooms as pictured we stayed in the more expensive one but worth it. All the other guests were very friendly. The pools were great along with the relaxing pool furniture plenty available. I really don't understand why bad reviews no bugs nothing at all if you want patio on pool side just let them know. Check in was great very good customer service. Even the house keepers had smile on their faces. An employee is also around pool cleaning constantly.the pool side bar and eats was reasonable and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Did not smell weed smoking but when you check in there is a paper they give you to call a number to report it right away. It is a very big property. The only one thing is I really wish they had a kid pool the shallow in of both pools are 3.5 feet. I don't have lil kids but I could see it was a problem for others whom did. Liked it so much stayed another night. Thank you to all the employees your doing an awesome job!

It took more than 30 minutes to check us in. They were trying to charge us $50 for our service dog and I said I wasn't paying $50 because my service dog could go anywhere I could go without having to pay for it. So the desk clerk went and got what I assume was a manager to finish checking us in. She asked if we wanted first or second floor and I said first because we had service dog and it would make it easier to taker her out to relieve herself. Then we had to take the room on the second floor because the one on the first floor wasn't a "pet friendly" room. When we finally got into our room we were exhausted from driving for hours to get there and it was almost midnight. I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed because I had to be up at 7:15 for a meeting. The only towel in the room was a bath mat so I called front desk and asked for towels and they said would send them over. I tried to be patient and waited over an hour and still no towels. I called again and was told would send towels over. Another hour goes by and still no towels. I ended up having to go to front desk myself at almost 3am to get towels myself. By the time I was able to shower and get to bed it was 4am and I only had 3 hours of sleep before I had to get up for my meeting and spent the whole next day exhausted. The property was decent and the bed was very comfortable. They should put cigarette receptacles so that people don't have to throw their butts on the ground because nowhere provided to dispose of their cigarettes.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff! The front office manager Carlos was phenomenal! He went above and beyond for our 6 night stay here and never missed a beat. He was always smiling and so friendly. He deserves a raise! Overall the hotel was beautiful, rooms smelt really good and clean, parking was easy and the location is perfect!

No microwave which was different but overall worth every dollar spent. The room were clean for the most floors could be mopped a little better but were not terrible. Staff was very nice and helped when needed. Pools and hot tub areas are nice also. Glad we stayed there.

I wish I could give this hotel a 0/5 but can’t because the staff was friendly. Start off with. We love staying at Wyndham resorts. We always try staying at them every time we travel. The room was tiny. It smelt so bad like smoke and mold. Holy cow did the room need to be updated! The bathrooms were so small. Your lucky if one person can be in there. The bathroom has small little bugs all around the sink! GROSS. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom. Our sliding glass door going to the outside court yard didn’t lock. It was broken. Real safe when your traveling with young kids! Long story short DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

You are greeted by great receptionists both male and female, the lobby is clean and modern then you take a lovely stroll to your room and engage in the beauty of the environment the birds and the ducks while walking over the board walk. The bar and pool area is relaxing and the music creates a great vibe. The rooms are modern and very clean I had no issues #1257. Thanks for a great stay. .

It was good. I upgraded to the bunk beds. Not to happy with the comfort of the beds... my kids had one sheet and the mattress was rather flat. The bathroom was super small. No microwave! No USB outlet. The best is the location is close to everything!!! I mean everything is walking distance so no real need of a car. The pool area is nice and food is pretty good on the resort, a bit costly though. I got a 2 topping pizza 18" 2 order of Buffalo wings, order fries and 2 jolly ranchers. $72! But the drinks are reasonable. Overall pretty good stay...

Matthew checked me in at the front desk. He was very friendly and nice! The lobby area is pretty And welcoming as well. I would Say my favorite part about this resort is the pool area And the location to theme parks, restaurants etc. Even though this resort is located in the middle of all the action On i-drive, it’s somehow still quiet and relaxing. The pools felt like a oasis. I was Less than impressed with the room. It wasn’t “outdated” but it could use a refurbishment, it felt old. It was clean but the age of the room made so it didn’t feel spotless. Our A/C worked but never quite got as cold as we wanted. The bathroom was TINY! But the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was able to be made very dark for sleeping and every room has a little Outdoor balcony which is nice. My family members stayed in another room across the resort and they had toilet issues, an ant problem and a fire alarm beeping in the middle of the night. I think They just had poor luck with the room they were given, i didn’t have any issues! We didn’t spend too much time on property, so it was well worth it for the price we paid! I would recommend this place, but if you’re hoping to spend most of your time at your resort, I’d pay a little extra money to go somewhere a bit nicer.
