Stayed 12/20/22-12/27/22. Issues with getting rooms next to each other. They wanted children to stay in a room by themselves on the other side of the resort separate from parents. Although Diamond Club seemed to have a quicker checkin process, it isn’t worth the money. We had to fight to get dinner reservations. We were told our party of 10 would likely never have dinner together. We did, but it was a fight. The resort credits are a sham. They told us they had no coupons left. They gave us a paper listing the credits. Beware staff tells you they will lose their job if they give the credit. It is not a $600 credit to use at the resort. There’s all sorts of exclusions. Not relaxing to fight for what you paid for all vacation week. Go elsewhere. Thankfully we had beautiful weather.

Beautiful resort, nice and clean. Good food and beds in the 25 block were comfy. We had room 25204 facing the pool it was on the second floor and awesome!Water slides were spectacular!!!Our A/C had one setting and it was Alaska! Lol so never used it. Maid did a great job cleaning, room service was good, mini bar was good.**The only negative was once the locals arrived Friday it's like the staff forgot you were even there. Luckily we stayed Saturday-Saturday and didn't have to deal with it as much.Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with locals having a weekend away but they were super loud, splashing everyone in the pool and take over the resort until Sunday when they check out. Belo resort, agradável e limpo. Boa comida e camas no bloco 25 eram confortáveis. Tínhamos o quarto 25204 de frente para a piscina, era no segundo andar e incrível!Toboáguas foram espetaculares!!!Nosso ar condicionado tinha uma configuração e era o Alasca! Lol então nunca usei. A empregada fez um ótimo trabalho de limpeza, o serviço de quarto era bom, o mini-bar era bom.** O único aspecto negativo foi que, quando os locais chegaram na sexta-feira, é como se a equipe tivesse esquecido que você estava lá. Felizmente, ficamos de sábado a sábado e não tivemos que lidar tanto com isso. Não me interpretem mal, não há nada de errado com os locais terem um fim de semana fora, mas eles eram super barulhentos, espirrando água em todos na piscina e assumindo o controle do resort até domingo, quando eles fazem o check-out.

Lo primero, fui con mi suegra que es diabetica. No nos dejaron pasar a comer hasta que sea la hora de entregar habitación lo cual es primera vez que lo veo. Podían dejarnos pasar y a las 3 entregar habitación y no fue así.Pudimos entrar al hotel a las 5 pm. La habitación era la equivocada. Luego encontramos la habitación correcta, una sola cama a pesar de que éramos 3 adultos y 2 niños (la de al lado vacía y con 2 camas), el mal olor a humedad insoportable, el aire acondicionado no se podía ajustar, se pidió servicio a la habitación para poder darle de comer a mi suegra y nunca llegó. Vino a comer a las 9 pm en el restaurante mexicano donde fue una odisea también sentarnos aún explicándoles el problema. El parque acuático está OK. El personal de los bares es sumamente amable, la chica del snack de la piscina muy amable, me consiguió una ensalada para la suegra para que no se muriera.Fuimos mi esposa, mis hijos y mi suegra.Fuera de eso las piscinas están OK, limpias pero con mucho olor a cloro. Pero mis niños se pudieron divertir y yo después de varios vasos de tequila ya me resigné.En conclusión, mi peor experiencia en cuanto a un hotel todo incluido se refiere. Una lastima para lo caro que es.

This resort is very kid friendly! The Kids club, water park and daily activities were enough to keep the kids in our party well satisfied. Sadly, we had issues with food quality, lodging accommodations and a few amenities. If you're looking to keep children entertained with no true expectation of luxury, this is the place for you.

My family of 5 loved this resort! Most of the staff was so lovely, there was food and drinks that even my picky eaters enjoyed, and the water park was incredible. Note that you do have to walk to the neighbouring resort to see the ocean, but it's only about a 10 minute walk or a 5-10 minute wait to take the tram. We also had to wait quite a while to check-in, and it was sometimes hard to communicate with staff because many didn't speak much English. Overall, though, we loved our experience here!

For being part of the Marriott group I expected far better than what I received. I booked two ocean front connecting rooms. Our travel agent called the hotel twice and it was confirmed that we would have two connecting rooms because I have three small children (9, 8, 3). After traveling for 8 hours, we arrive and are told they don't have connecting rooms at the hotel, those types of rooms do not exist. Instead they said they could put my husband and I in one room and our three children in another room, which was not going to happen. I would never do that in the states, let alone a third world country. I was told there was nothing that could be done but that I could upgrade to the Presidential Suite with a pool view for $630, and that was with a 20% discount. That was the first disappointment.
For being an all-inclusive resort, you would expect to be able to access food at all times considering you have many people out in the sun, swimming in the ocean and in the pool which tends to make people hungry. Not to mention that this is a family friendly resort with tons of kids (and kids love to eat and snack all day long!). Well, do not stay here because the restaurants do not open until 6PM. The buffet is open from 7AM-10:30AM, 12:30PM-3:30PM, 6:00PM-10:00PM. The coffee shop is open from 7AM-10PM and they do have small sandwiches, pastries, and a small selection of ice cream which is what my children lived on because the buffet was not open all the time. If you want certain steaks at the steak house you will have to pay anywhere from $40-$75. If you want Lobster that starts at $50. Oh and if you want a Martini from the Martini bar, you will have to pay for those because they are not included in the "All-Inclusive" resort fee you pay. And on top of all of that, the food is garbage. I lost five pounds during the week I was there because I lived on nothing but fruit, rice, and steam vegetables so I guess if you're looking for a weight loss plan this may be the resort for you.
I ordered room service - let me forewarn you the pictures on the TV.... your food will look nothing like the pictures. I've never been to jail but I imagine the food we received is pretty close to what jail food would taste like, it was barely edible. Some of the worst tasting food I have ever had and my family and I are not picky eaters.
We were due to go on an excursion to one of the islands on Thursday at 7AM. I ordered room service Wednesday night for delivery Thursday morning at 6:30AM.... they never came to deliver the food. We had to cancel the excursion because there was no food available until they BBQ for you at around 1PM on the island. How could we possibly put three small children on a catamaran to and island without feeding them for 6 hours????
The beach was fun, but a bit of a disappointment as well. The water was not the clear blue Caribbean ocean water we were hoping for. The water was also very sandy because there was a strong current in the water. The kids still have fun swimming and building sand castles.
We made the best of what we could but I do not recommend staying at this resort. For a trip that cost $16,000 what an absolute disappointment!! Rated this a one star because I had to but this resort deserves zero stars.

Las instalacionesdel hotel son super elegantes y la comida 7/10pero hay algo que deben de solucionar, y es si están a toda capacidad por turistas 🇩🇴 y con bastante antelación sabían ¿Por qué hacer ese desorden en el check in? Y recibir al turista 🇩🇴 en un lugar no adecuado y poco personal para atender, fui con un grupo familiar y de verdad que la mayoría no quedaron muy contentos de volver porque llegamos con bastante tiempo, pero el desorden del personal del check in nos retraso con más de dos horas, no es justo que si pagamos por un servicio traten de esa manera, espero que sigan mejorando y traten al 🇩🇴 con más altura y respeto.

Service was pathetic. Had to wait for almost 3 hours to get a room on 1st floor. We went with my 14 month daughter and rooms on top floor would be extremely inconvenient because of the stroller. Also, they kept delaying in giving drinking water to the room. On 3rd day I had to walk all the way to reception to get drinking water. Over crouded on weekends and extremely inconvenient with a baby. Pool water was quite dirty. The inter-resort transport vehicles always used to be full and we would end up waiting for half an hour at the stops. I would never go back to this resort for vacation. Giovanni at the Italian restaurant was amazing. The only plus point I could think of this place.

El lugar tiene buenas piscinas, una playa y así, pero en términos de higiene está horrible. Deberían fumigar, fui con mi familia y la puerta del baño ni cerraba, pero eso no era lo peor. Las cortinas tan sucias como si nunca se hubieran lavado. Mi habitación estaba en el primer piso, la ropa mojada la podías poner a secar afuera, pero, me pasó varias veces que me encontraba cucarachitas pequeñas enganchadas en la ropa y en el piso también. Muchos de los del personal son maleducados. La comida del buffet es demasiado repetitiva, sugiero ir al italiano. Se supone que no debes hacer reserva para comer en el Mexicano, pero cuando llegas al lugar te dicen que debes esperar una hora y media, como quien dice dos horas, es ilógico pues se supone que es sin reservacion.

My family and I are here now. Bitter sweet last day. The customer service is awesome, the food is good, activities are fun for the family. Get the diamond club upgrade it’s worth it. Get the spa massage. Wendy was out butler and she was so helpful for our trip. She even helped make our sons birthday special with balloons in the room and a special birthday dinner.

Mi experiencia el pasado fin de semana fue poco memorable, fatal de atención, mala actitud del personal, largas filas y no disponibilidad a pesar de tener los restaurantes vacíos, no hay variedad en el menú, comías lo mismo en almuerzo y cena. Como dominicanos merecemos un buen trato, porque también impulsamos el turismo interno, parecía que era un favor que nos hacían. En general no volvería ni tampoco lo recomendaría.

Es una total estafa. Los empleados maltratan mucho a los clientes. El área de recibimiento es pésimo. Como va hacer que lo mismo que se desayune, se coma en el almuerzo y en la cena. La misma cómoda, malisima. Una fila de todo el tamaño para ENTREGAR, cuando en otros resort no se hace nada de eso.Como es posible que solo tenga una sola piscina, que no haya sal porque la comida es malisima. Esto es terrible. Las habitaciones nos la entregaron a las 5 de la tarde. Y no hubo show artístico siquiera. PESIMO.

Punto uno: El trato de la mayoría de los empleados fue pésimo, te tratan como si no hubieras pagado el servicio y el hotel te lo estuviera regalando. Cuando les pides algo se te quedan callado, no te dan la información que requeriste y te miran como si te fueran a comer, que hasta miedo te da hablarles. Punto dos: La variedad en el buffet fue poco, no obstante repetían los platos del desayuno en el almuerzo y la cena. El sabor de la comida tampoco era agradable. Punto tres: No se puede usar la tele en la habitación para ver una película, porque te la cobran al momento de retirarte. Punto cuatro: Al llegar al hotel se jastan de decir que en sus restaurante no se hacen reservaciones, pero al momento de tu ir ya todos los cupos estan llenos, te dicen que tienes que esperar casi dos horas para poder entrar y en algunos te dicen que simplemente esta lleno y que no van a aceptar mas personas. Lo que para uno se torna bien desagradable, ya que, eso nos paso tres veces en una noche en tres restaurante diferente del mismo hotel.Puntos buenos: las instalaciones son buenas, las habitaciones son agradables, el parque acuático es el final, el mejor parque acuático hasta ahora.Pero el punto es, en todo esto, que no importa si es el hotel mas bello del mundo, si no tiene un buen servicio al cliente para mi no sirve. Porque uno sale de sus hogares a botar el ESTRES A DISIPAR LA MENTE y lamentablemente eso no lo recibimos allá. Incluso deben tener en cuenta, que hay personas que no tienen los recursos y hacen un esfuerzo en el año entero para pagar dicho dinero y no es justo que reciban el mal trato que se da en ese hotel.

O hotel é bom, quartos espaçosos, boa comida. Os melhores restaurantes são a comida mexicana e italiana, o bom restaurante buffet e a boa atenção de seus funcionários. O que não gostei é que grande parte dos visitantes não foram muito educados, não podiam esperar a vez, empurrando e quase passando por cima de você para pegar coisas do buffet como se tudo fosse acabar, palavrões na frente de menores, enfim, nos sentimos em um bairro. Posso dizer que os funcionários foram muito atenciosos mas, devido ao tratamento de muitos dos clientes que os tratavam sem respeito, muitas vezes ao ponto do ridículo, quase sempre de pessoas do seu próprio país, esses funcionários estavam um pouco ansiosos. A menina da foto foi muito gentil e excelente no tratamento que deu aos meus pais e filhos, uma excelente funcionária, parabéns por funcionários como ela.

El hotel es bonito, habitaciones espaciosas, buena comida. Los mejores restaurantes son el de comida mexicana e italiana, el restaurante de bufé bueno y buena atención de sus empleados. Lo que no me agradó es que gran parte de los visitantes eran poco educados, no podían esperar turno, empujando y pasando casi sobre uno para agarrar cosas del bufé como si se fuera a acabar todo, vocabulario soez frente a menores, en fin, nos sentíamos como en un barrio. De los empleados puedo decir que eran muy atentos pero, debido al trato de muchos de los clientes que los trataban sin respeto, muchas veces hasta burlas casi siempre de personas de su propio país, esos empleados estaban un poco ansiosos. La chica de la foto fue muy amable y sobresaliente en el trato que le dio a mis padres e hijos, una excelente empleada, felicidades por empleados como ella.

Royalton ... Me gusto y volveré pronto de verdad que sí.Su servicio, comida y bebida todos Spectacular.Desde la que limpia las habitaciones hasta el jardinero todos muy amables y buenas personas. Te recomiendo este hermoso resort, no te arrepentirás... Mi agrado por el hotel fue tan bueno que hasta recuerdo el número de habitación 23307 cosa que cuando tengo una mala experiencia es lo primero que sacó de mi mente.

This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down.The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a wide selection for food. The entertainment organised at Royalton Resort by the vibe team was amazing and inclusive! The vibe team lead activities such as dancing, volleyball, competitions etc. They created a fantastic atmosphere, especially Junior B who made our experience at the hotel special. The aerobic class and kick-boxing led by Victor were also a memorable experience.

We're a family of five and we got a family room which divides the room in half with one queen on one side and a full twin bunk bed combo on the other side so it's very comfortable for a family and not a lot more than a regular room. The beds are comfortable and you can order room service and see all the activities from there. There's so much to do, with sharing facilities with the other property owned by Royalton nearby. More than five big pools, and 6 restaurants. It's a lot of fun and classy. Highly recommend. Know that the beach is on the side of the other property but you can walk or take a trolley. Somos uma família de cinco pessoas e temos um quarto familiar que divide o quarto ao meio com uma cama queen de um lado e um beliche completo do outro lado, por isso é muito confortável para uma família e não muito mais do que um quarto normal. As camas são confortáveis e você pode solicitar o serviço de quarto e ver todas as atividades de lá. Há muito o que fazer, com o compartilhamento de instalações com outras propriedades de propriedade de Royalton nas proximidades. Mais de cinco grandes piscinas e 6 restaurantes. É muito divertido e elegante. Altamente recomendado. Saiba que a praia fica do lado da outra propriedade, mas você pode caminhar ou pegar um bonde.

Yo fui hace unos meses con un grupo de casi de 20 personas. Lo primero que no me gustó, fue que a la llegada, tuve que esperar mas de 20 minutos para que me dieran una habitación a mi y a mi compañera, porque tenían que ver si estaban limpias. Creo que el personal de un hotel debe de saber de ante mano cuales habitaciones están limpias y también tener todo listo a la llegada de un grupo con casi 20 personas. A unas compañeras, le entregaron las llaves de una habitación, y cuando abrieron la puerta, todavía había gente dentro, así que tuvieron que devolverse y cambiarle la habitación. Las habitaciones tenían unos defectos, pero cosas pequeñas que realmente no son tan relevantes. La comida de los bufets es demasiado repetitiva. Estuve por 3 días y 2 noche, y basicamente comí lo mismo en los bufets, a menos de que se fuera a un restaurante. Y en unos de los desayunos he llegado a conseguir moho en un pan. El staff que se ocupa del area de la picadera cerca de los toboganes y el area de juegos, fue pésimo. No respetaban el orden de llagada, atendían a quienes ellos querían y en el orden que querían. Una vez, no había nadie en esa area, y fui a la heladería de al lado, y consegui al que se encargaba de las hamburguesas en en el area del helado con el telefono, haciendo nada y después de que le dije que quería que me atendieran, no me dijo nada y me fui. El hotel en si no es super malo, pero tienen que organizarse mejor y tener un mejor menu para la comida de los bufets.

This is a great family resort,especially with the water park that's for all ages. The beach is right there and its beautiful.The people are walking around so you can order drinks, and the food truck is close by. The swim up bars are great and the kids can order soft and frozen drinks as well. I didn't like the breakfast buffet,but the dinner buffet was great, plus the two restaurants we ate at. Staff were amazing and the guy that serves mimosas right outside the buffet in the morning makes them perfect every time. Este é um ótimo resort familiar, especialmente com o parque aquático que é para todas as idades. A praia fica logo ali e é linda. As pessoas estão andando para que você possa pedir bebidas, e o food truck está por perto. Os bares aquáticos são ótimos e as crianças podem pedir refrigerantes e refrigerantes também. Eu não gostei do buffet de café-da-manhã, mas o buffet de jantar foi ótimo, além dos dois restaurantes que comemos. A equipe foi incrível e o cara que serve mimosas do lado de fora do buffet de manhã os torna perfeitos todas as vezes.

Llegue hoy luego de tres días y dos noches allá. Iniciemos que nos entregaron la habitación dos horas y media más tarde, sucia y sin nada, dígase jabón y agua. Comida repetida ( podría decir, que parte del desayuno lo ponen en la comida, y ambas en la cena. Si no das dinero (la mayoría) no te da buen servicio. Y los de los bares son los más aburridos. En si los calificó 6 de 10 por que el parque acuático es genial y las piscinas también.

If I could give this resort no stars I would. First off, the Royalton Splash and the Royalton are neighboring properties. The Splash resort is TRASH!!! Everything from the decor, food, pools, activities, bars, service and overall experience was very underwhelming. Our room smelled of mildew, the food, my god they could not possibly think it’s ok. The bartenders do not know how to mix alcoholic beverages, like at all. Plus the employees acted as though you were bothering them when asking for assistance. I mean multiple complaints everywhere we went on the property from literally everyone. Honestly just don’t waste your money. The Royalton property next door is accessible by trolley or a 10 min walk. It’s actually what you’d think an all inclusive resort would be. Good, seasoned, well presented food, tasty beverages, beach accessible, multiple restaurants/cuisines to choose from, great activities and entertainment, Aesthetically pleasing and nice shopping too. Even the service was amazing. The employees actually made you feel welcomed!

This is a great family resort, especially with the water park that's for all ages. The beach is right there and its beautiful. The people are walking around so you can order drinks, and the food truck is close by. The swim up bars are great and the kids can order soft and frozen drinks as well. I didn't like the breakfast buffet, but the dinner buffet was great, plus the two restaurants we ate at. Staff were amazing and the guy that serves mimosas right outside the buffet in the morning makes them perfect every time.

Ótimo lugar para ficar com sua família! Você não apenas recebe um quarto e um ótimo resort, mas também um pacote com tudo incluído que inclui bebidas, comida e experiências gratuitas. Os quartos da seção 25 no primeiro andar foram ótimos! Meu único problema era que o banheiro não era bem ventilado e a TV estava muito perto da parede, não consegui um cabo HDMI para conectar meu laptop. A comida estava ótima! O buffet "seleções" foi muito bom para todas as refeições do dia! Recomendo o restaurante italiano com o tomate vermelho como lugar para jantar (esqueci o nome). Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e sempre simpáticos, se você vier aqui, traga alguns dólares americanos para dar gorjeta aos funcionários simpáticos. Em conclusão, lugar incrível definitivamente voltaria!

Great place to stay with your family! Not only do you get a room and a great resort, you also get and all inclusive package that includes free drinks, food, and experiences. The rooms in the section 25 on the first floor was great! My only problem was that the washroom was not well ventilated and the TV was too close to the wall, I could not get an HDMI cable in so I can connect my laptop. The food was great! The buffet "selections" was real good for all meals of the day! I recommend the Italian restaurant with the red tomato as a place for dinner (i forgot the name). All the staff are very friendly and always nice, if u come here bring some American dollars to tip the friendly staff. In conclusion, amazing place would definitely come again!

Currently here with my 9 year old twins. Definitely not enough lounges and umbrellas to offer protection from the sun. On the weekend locals are able to come on the property, which takes more lounges and umbrellas from visitors. Also the buffet is incredibly busy and unfortunately the locals receive service quicker and the servers are not as friendly to non locals. We came hoping to use the water park, however my kids were unable to access the kiddie slides due to their age and height. They would not make an exception and could only go on the large slides which are for confident kids and adults. Also the water park is only open 9-5. The pools 7-7. Would be better if all were open the same hours. Beach is on resort next door and very cramped space. Just be aware that the amenities are not as good as described. I really do not feel it is worth the cost.

Es un lugar agradable para estar en familia. Aunque hay que mejorar algunas cosas como que no hay lugar en orilla de la playa o la piscina, no hay tumbonas, el bufete es pobre. Casi no hay variedad aunque lo que hay está muy bueno. El personal es atento y servicial . Los shows son buenos aunque no hay discoteca, los tragos son de buena calidad aunque la cerveza no. El parque acuático es seguro aunque tampoco hay tumbonas.

Pésima experiencia. Fui con mi familia un grupo de 10 personas y todos tuvimos algúnsuceso que la administración solucionaba diciendo que marcaramos al ‘0’. -Problemas a la hora de hacer el check-in. -La ducha de una de las habitaciones nunca funciono. -La television de otra de las habitaciones no funciono. -A la habitación de mis padres entraron 2 veces a llevar a otras personas a instalarse. Abrieron puertas como sino hubiera nadie. -Ofrecen “service room” 24h y cuando llamas tardan más de 1h en contestar, cuando por fin contestan la comida tarda más de 3h en llegar y definitivamente nunca traen lo que realmente pides. Una pérdida de tiempo. -La comida que ponen a mediodía día, si sobra se repite en la noche. -A la hora de irnos no encontraban nuestros nombres, después de 4 días de estar en el hotel. Y más cosas que podría seguir ennmuerando. Coger un vuelo desde otro país para pasar tan pésima experiencia.

We've been to Punta Cana before but this was the worst experience I've ever had on a vacation. First of all, the resort used to be Memories Splash, got bought out by Royalton but most locations still have the Memories symbol on them. But that's not the issue I had. We were there for my birthday. We had told them at the front desk and asked if they could upgrade the room as per their website but the man at the reception desk didn't seem to care. He didn't even acknowledge our request. I didn't make a fuss about it, and moved on. The room was clean but very small and the sink clogged ever single day. We called the front desk and they said they'll send someone over to fix it, never happened. On the day of my birthday, I never got a birthday banned, fruit platter, and sparkling wine as promised on the resort website. I called the front desk, they transferred me over to guest service who promised me all thise things for the next day as it was already past 11am and it would be hard for them to set up. I agreed but the entire week went by without me getting those things I was promised. The a la carts food was gross. The only one tasted even remotely decent was Under the Sea restaurant. My husband got food poisoning and was sick for full 2 days, unable to eat, drink or even enjoy the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was FULL of seaweed. Some areas had sharp rocks too. I mentioned all that to guest service via email they had provided me with, on 2 separate occasions since I got back home but no reply.. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with their services. My advice to you, save your money or stay elsewhere. This resort is NOT worth it.

We were at the Royalton Splash Punta Cana in March 2022. The food was quite ok (no lobster or shrimp seen), the fish was always spectacular. Service fantastic, we had the upgrade to the jacuzzi room and diamond club which meant we could visit the main Royalton about a 3 minute transfer away - great food, great shows. Drinks fantastic and a special shout-out to Luis and Cristian at the Diamond Pool who were so friendly and poured great drinks, gave top-notch service. For our boys 9 & 11, the food was good - always something for them to eat and could take out fries, burgers, pizza anytime. Slides were also great for them. Thanks for a first almost-post-pandemic stay, perfect weather and lovely breeze to cool us off when we weren't in the water.

Este resort não tem praia. Você tem que ir a uma propriedade próxima para a praia (10 minutos a pé ou 5 minutos em um bonde). A frente da praia - uma parte é reservada para os membros do Diamond Club, outra parte é reservada para os clientes do Hideaway apenas para adultos. Isso deixa uma pequena porção para o resto de nós. Você precisa estar lá muito cedo para conseguir um lugar. Outra alternativa é pagar uma Cabana (US$ 100/dia) para passar um dia na praia. A maioria das atividades (Teatro, Casino, Sports Bar e restaurantes mais agradáveis estão na propriedade próxima). A propriedade é enorme, muito limpa e bem conservada. Os quartos são bastante bons. A equipe é muito útil, especialmente Miguel. Ele foi além de seus deveres todos os dias para nos ajudar. O chef do restaurante Selection foi extremamente útil - somos vegetarianos e todas as noites ele fazia algo especial para nós.

This resort does not have a beach. You have to go to a nearby property for the beach(10 minute walk or 5 minute in a trolley). The beach front there - a portion is reserved for Diamond Club members, other part is reserved for Adults only Hideaway patrons. This leaves a small portion for the rest of us. You need to be there very early to get a spot. Other alternative is to pay for a Cabana (US$100/day) to spend a day at the beach.
Most of the activities (Theater, Casino, Sports Bar and nicer restaurants are at the nearby property).
The property is huge, very clean and well maintained. Rooms are quite good. Staff is very helpful, especially Miguel. He went over and above his duties everyday to help us. The chef at Selection restaurant was extremely helpful - we are vegetarians and every evening he would make something special for us.

Os quartos eram ótimos! Eles decoraram nosso quarto para um aniversário. O buffet foi incrível e sempre tinha novas opções de comida. As piscinas e escorregas eram bons. Arcade, VR e sala de fuga foram divertidos! O cassino era minúsculo. Quadra de tênis foi divertido. A única reclamação foi que demorou mais de uma hora para fazer o check-in, com muitos funcionários em pé e apenas um trabalhando na linha.

The rooms were great! They decorated our room for a birthday. The buffet was amazing and always had new food options. The pools and slides were nice.Arcade, VR, and escape room were fun! Casino was tiny. Tennis court was fun. The only complaint was it took over an hour to check in, with many staff standing around and only one working the line.

Honestly, if I could give it a 0 I would. First things first let’s start off with the rooms. Horrible quality and just tiny in general for what we payed for. The rooms had hairs, nails, and dirt on the beds and there was mold in the shower. And that’s just the start. Don’t get me wrong, this place is beautiful, the beaches in general, as well as the splashdown pools and water park. It’s amazing, but there’s absolutely horrible staff here. Always having an Attitude with my family, not helping, and it states clearly, all people over the world are welcome, however no one here speaks any English. We ask for something and they tell us that we don’t have it, when we see people that do. 3rd, the restaurants. I couldn’t go anywhere worse then these. First, there are only 2 Restaurant’s That are open for breakfast and then the rest don’t open till about 6PM !! Apparently Mexican food are hamburgers and fish?? (I get it, fish can be Mexican but I wouldn’t expect a full fish dinner.) there is also no snacks, just bars for older adults. Worst place I’ve ever been to.

When I travel, for me, its all about hospitality. I need to feel safe and welcomed especially when I am in a foreign country and the staff did just that. They even took the time to communicate with me using the Google translate app if their English and my Spanish wasn't well enough for them assist. For the amenities I would have given it a 4 star review but the staff is what made it 5 stars by far

Very nice place but still has a lot more to go. Checking in is very difficult. I waited for almost 2 hours before I could get into my room. And if you want to bring guests in you have to pay 87.00 us dollars per guest to make that happen. And that's for a day pass only... besides that it's a very sweet spot

Há prós e contras. A propriedade é agradável e é mantida regularmente. Eles apresentam muitas comodidades e atividades. A razão pela qual dei 3 estrelas é principalmente por causa da qualidade da comida. Seus melhores restaurantes (frutos do mar e asiáticos / sushi) foram fechados toda a nossa estadia que foi domingo à sexta-feira. Eles tinham seus restaurantes de baixo custo abertos como massas, comida mexicana e buffet. A comida em geral não é tão boa como qualquer outro tudo incluído que já estive antes. Também para vários dias a nossa estadia eles tiveram problemas de água, então nenhum banheiro iria dar descarga (super bruto). Nossa família vai tentar uma opção diferente no futuro.

There are pros and cons. The property is nice and regularly maintained. They do have a lot of amenities and activities. The reason I gave 3 stars is mostly because of the food quality. Their better restaurants (seafood and Asian/sushi) were closed our entire stay which was sun-friday. They had their lower cost restaurants open like pasta, Mexican, and buffet. The food overall is not as good as any other all inclusive I've been to before. Also for multiple days our stay they had water issues so no toilets would flush (super gross). Our family will try a different option in the future.

Um hotel muito bom. Cofre no quarto e grande grátis - laptop incluído. O sinal WI-FI é bom em todo o hotel. A comida é muito saborosa e muito. Frutos do mar - mexilhões, camarões, lulas são. 3 restaurantes à la carte gratuitos. Sem hora marcada, você vem jantar e pronto. A comida é muito saborosa, há muitos mais cafés no território, hambúrgueres - tudo de graça !!! Se existe paraíso, é em algum lugar próximo! We were initially booked to stay at the Royalton Splash but we did not like it.There was no access to the beach, the food was subpar and the poolswere very small and not exciting. There was no entertainmentor it was very minimal.You will also need to walk 5-10min to get to the Royalton Punta Canato get access to the beach.But you don't get access to the pools nor their restaurants. So unless you are looking for quiet and isolated resort, do not stay at the Royalton Splash.The Waterpark was adequately nice for all ages.The lifeguards are nice and cooperative and are always available to jump in to help young kids to come out of any drops.It is a good destination to break the daily routine.The kids had a blast ....

Well groomed landscaping and nice pools but most staff is poorly trained due to terrible management. About 3/4 of the staff is rude, lazy or just doesn't care. I've been to 30+ all inclusive resorts in the carribean and have never seen so many terrible employees.New management needed badly as this is a beautiful resort with great amenities.It's a shame that the staff ruins the vacation experience.The food was ok to bad but the water park was great for the whole family.The bartenders were great as were a couple of waiters. The beach was nice but extremely tough to find a beach chair past 8 am. I wouldn't recommend this resort as the poorly trained staff and incompetent management ruin the experience. This is the first bad review I've ever given in 20+ years vacationing in the carribean. We stayed for 7 days.

Las habitaciones son cómodas muy buen servicio,la comida excelente mucha variedad. en cuanto a la animación nocturna, no me gustó mucho porque ya a las 12 de la noche no había ninguna actividad, por otro lado no me gustó que solo tiene un restaurante Buffet para el desayuno. ya para la cena tienen varios restaurantes los cuales son a la carta y puedes ir sin previa reserva. a las 12 del mediodía el restaurante de la playa está habilitado pero cuenta con menos variedad qué la del bufet.

Estuve el pesado fin de semana en ese hotel y peor no pudo ser mi experiencia. Lo primero es que lo venden en la agencia de viajes como 5 estrellas yal verlo y sobre todo al ver las pésimas atenciones del personal, creo que no tiene ni 3. De quién es la responsabilidad en este caso, del hotel o de la agencia de viajes? Eso es publicidad engañosa, y creo que el Ministerio de Turismo debe supervisar eso. Como los niños van gratis, el hotel estaba súper saturado de público. Y atención al MISP, ahí no se está guardando ningún protocolo contra Covid19. No hay distanciamiento físico, desde luego, pero lo peor es que, ESTAN HACIENDO ACTIVIDADES EN LUGARES CERRADOS, COMO EL TEATRO DEL ROYALTON PUNTA CANA, SE ESTÁN SIRVIENDO EL BUFFET SIN MASCARILLAS, NO HAY GEL HIDROALCOHOLIZADO EN LAS MESAS Y NI LOS MISMOS CAMAREROS NI SUPERVISORES ESTÁN USANDO LAS MASCARILLAS DE MANERA ADECUADA. Como que tanto el Ministerio de Salud como el de Turismo, deben supervisar más y mejor esos establecimientos!Queremos crecimiento de la economía, pero sobre todo, recuperar la salud. No me gustó mucho, no dieron bienvenida, en mi habitación no había absolutamente nada de aperitivos, y la tele solo funcionaba pagando al igual que los juegos del soport bar...... Y el servicio del restaurante mexicano es horrible solo les brindan la atención a los de vip, en realidad fueron muy pocas cosas la que me gustaron, no hávia nada de entretenimiento yaque el parque acuático y las piscinas las cierran a las 6, después de esa hora solo queda comer, caminar y acostarse y eso lo hago en mi casa 😔

Lugar bonito, mar calmo, território bem cuidado, parque aquático próprio, boa comida, um pedaço de floresta tropical é preservado no território - garças, gansos, patos, tartarugas vivem aqui (estamos aqui pela segunda vez, pela primeira vez foi em 2013). Conto de fadas. Mas existem vários mas, para os quais ele tirou a estrela, a saber: 1. Check-in - para agilidade no check-in - unidade sólida - check-in a partir das 15h00, liquidado somente até as 17h, sendo todos os documentos lavrados anteriormente. Na recepção, era como se duas pessoas se instalassem, alternadamente fugindo, e talvez não houvesse mais ninguém na recepção. Ao mesmo tempo, a terceira pessoa constantemente registrava aqueles que vinham do lado de alguns turistas hispânicos fora de hora. Em suma, completa incompetência 2. Trabalho da recepção e serviço de quarto - Liguei três vezes para a recepção sobre como reabastecer o frigobar - eles disseram "ok" em resposta - e nada. Não havia copos na sala, nem canecas - perguntei, dois dias depois trouxeram dois copos. O mini-bar não é reabastecido, o café não é trazido. A limpeza é uma história diferente - no edifício, 21 quartos podem ser limpos às 17 horas !!! Os funcionários só ouviram falar sobre a substituição e integridade das toalhas - eles não podem pegar as antigas, mas apenas relatar as novas, não podem relatar toalhas, xampu e condicionador ou guardanapos. Se há escovas de dente aqui é um mistério. 3. O restaurante principal é lindo, gostoso, mas por que não deita sal nas colunas, também não tem pimenta, parece que tem muita mesa, mas não dá tempo de limpar, às vezes dão você café antes da água. A falta de talheres é constante, principalmente de colheres. 4. Praia. O pessoal não tem ideia de que as espreguiçadeiras devam ser obtidas pelo menos na areia. Freqüentemente, você pode encontrar um tesouro em uma espreguiçadeira - um turista anterior deixou óculos e assim por diante. Mas isso é sobre a cultura dos turistas. E o resto do hotel é um conto de fadas. Eu voltarei aqui novamente? - Talvez, se eles colocarem as coisas em ordem.

Para recreação em geral, não é ruim, MAS também há um ponto negativo em termos de hotel ..Limpam o quarto descuidadamente e sujam ... no duche, como as algas caíam, ficaram até à partida. Terrible worse vacation ever. We travel a lot and this one is the worse we have seen. First day room was not done. We asked for Diet Pepsi like 4 times no answer until we had to complain. Food is very boring same every dayservice in resto is terrible they look at you and walk by you without even asking you if you like water or anything ?? You ask for coffee you wait half an hour. Sometimes they don’t even have milk for the coffee. Etc etc and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Will definitely not come back.

Day 1 of a 6 day and 5 night trip. My room smells like septic. Food is okay (dinner was better than breakfast this morning) rooms are really not like the other Royalton brands ive been to, they are not giving me resort vibes. Night life last night and buffetwas better on the regular Royalton side. Let's see what the rest of the days will bring us. (My kids first International trip)

Bueno que decir. Para mí lo mejor fue la comida. Pero en trato no fue lo que esperaba. El servicio y el hospedaje no fue de agrado. Le falta más empatía a los meseros y en cuanto a la habitación la limpieza no fue la esperada. Nunca en lo que estuve volvieron a suministrar o recargar la nevera ni los artículos que lleva el baño. Para mí eso es puntual. En fin no es que fuera el peor. Pero deben mejorar más.

The resort is nice. When checking in we experienced some issues which the staff quickly corrected. There are no elevators in the lodging buildings. Trolley type transportation from building to building. Most of the rooms had balconies or seating areas (if on the ground level). Rooms were spacious and clean. Fair choices in restaurants. All of the wait staff were friendly and accommodating. Not much variety in the music played...majority Spanish. Drinks were flowing all day. I enjoyed being at the pool. The beach was cool...my advice is to reserve a cabana...great experience.

Just got home from this resort last night and it was terrible. No one makes you feel comfortable, the only people who were nice were the entertainment guys at the pool and beach. Rooms smelt horrible we had cockroaches in our bathroom, I found fresh blood stains on my pillow cases right after the beds were made. Food wasn't that great - very bland. Hardly any staff spoke English which was frustrating. Our first time in Dominican and this resort did not make it a good one. It shows 5 stars when you book but please don't be fooled. Go somewhere else! They also let locals come on weekends so it gets very busy. Half the lifeguards sit and sleep so make sure you watch you're kids in the splash area. NO lifeguards at the pools.

El peor hotel que he ido. Cuando llegamosno habian habitaciones disponibles, y eso que llegamos a las 6pm y el check-in era a las 3pm… tampoco tiene playa, por lo tanto nos dijeron que podíamosusar la playa y otras cosas del Royalton Punta Cana, pero cuando estamos en el otro hotel, los empleados no nos trataban super mal y como intrusos. Definitivamente No lo recomiendo!!!!!

El personal ofrece muy buen servicio y amabilidad, las piscinas muy higienica, muy buena variedad en las bebidas, las habitaciones muy higiénicas y cómodas con reposición diaria de minibar, servicio a la habitación aunque en ocasiones un poco lento, lo único que objeto es lo repetitivo en el servicio del buffet

Hotel was good but don’t ever buy excursion from them, they make all excuses for not keeping their promises. We bought a package for 2 island and snorkeling included. They ended up going only one, they say drink will be provided in the boat and it was only coke, sprite and rum. We don’t drink any of those, specially my daughter. They didn’t even have juice or beer. It was suppose to take the most 1 hour and half to come back but it took almost four hours, with not even a cup of water, they had everyone on the same bus and dropping them off one by one to their resort , unfortunately we were at last. The bus was extremely cold and everyone complained about that but driver didn’t care at all. We were dropped off the security gate, we had to ask the hotel personnel to give us a ride to the our location. Our tour guide got off the bus about 2 hours before than us so no one there could speak English and make sure everyone and everything was ok. And of course we made that complaint to the nexus/sunwing ( tour agency), their respond was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. What the supervisor said That wasn’t private tour if it was it could cost us thousands of dollars. They charge more because they say full day excursion but total of 5,5 hours we were in the bus. Mostly dropping everyone to their hotel most I have seen with this excursion was different hotel entrance 😃 save your money and time and don’t take excursions!

Amazing resorts! It's 2 hotels side by side for the price of 1. One star off because due to the pandemic, all the restaurants and half if the facilities were closed at the hotel I was staying at (RoyaltonSplash). We had to walk to the other hotel (Royalton Punta Cana) for any food and entertainment.

Check-in ruim, espera desnecessariamente longa. Espaço para 2x as alças para as crianças não funcionou. Como tínhamos postado nossa reserva um dia antes, eles não conseguiram encontrar nossa reserva, então tivemos que trocar de quarto, não pudemos resgatar nossos vouchers. Tudo prometido, NADA entregue, terrível. Alimentos não ok. Nada claramente indicado ou explicado, você tem que descobrir tudo sozinho. Longas filas na recepção e alimentação, falta de pessoal e logística deficiente. Não está claro onde o cobiçado teste deve ser feito, há também uma espera desnecessariamente longa e as pessoas fazem uma pausa sem que nada seja comunicado. Constantemente enviado de um posto a outro, por muitos funcionários e de diferentes departamentos, terrível. Depois de uma conversa final com o diretor, porque o gerente prometeu tudo, mas não cumpriu, partimos precipitadamente para outro hotel. Em termos de custos ia ser acertado, mas depois de quase 3 meses ainda nada acertado, eles nem respondem a nossa agência de viagens. Por favor, não vá para este hotel, em nossa curta estadia, ouvimos 5 famílias diferentes com experiências ruins. Muito, muito ruim e ainda estamos trabalhando nisso. Um grande e gordo ZERO !!

Este lugar é muito bom e a equipe é gentil. No entanto, sinto que o preço não corresponde à qualidade. O quarto que meus pais conseguiram tinha pessoas, então eles pediram para ser trocados por outro e quando eles trocaram a porta do quarto nem mesmo fechavam corretamente, a menos que você a fechasse. A comida é boa, mas não tem muita variedade, principalmente para vegetarianos. Suponho que ainda é muito bom, mas não voltarei aqui.

Han recortado muchos servicios,muchos restaurantes cerrados, poca actividades para los niños, quitaron la maquina de helados d autoservicio, neceser al mínimo, la animación solo los fines d semana, se siente que están trabajando con lo mínimo, era mi hotel favorito para venir en familiahe repetido 5 veces. Las dos últimas muy triste ver como ha bajado la calidad y los juegos se ven desgastados,el personal muy amable y diligente .

This place is pretty nice and the staff is kind. However I do feel like the price doesn't match the quality. The room my parents got had people in it so they requested to be changed to another one and when they changed them their room door didn't even close properly unless you slammed it shut. The food is alright but there isn't much variety, especially for vegetarians. It's still pretty nice I suppose but I won't be coming here again.

The only redeeming quality of this resort is a bartender by the name of Joel at the beach/pool bar, that isn't even diamond club. He was a delight, and that was before I even tipped him. Other than that, our awkward "butler" didn't even get me his contact information. I needed to go to the front desk to attempt to book something on my own. Always seemed to be waiting for a tip. Then he waited until the day before we left to bring to our attention our resort credits, after we had already spent money there. When asked about them I was told I needed to run around asking about the "credits" even though they were untitled to me when I purchased our stay. I was told tough luck on that one. Everywhere you walked you had a "salesman" harassing you about buying something. The adults only poll is not so adults o ly. And on the weekend the locals over run the pool making everything very crowded. For the money spent I feel that the service was less than poor.

Un hotel con poca higiene. Muchas moscas, y vi un empleado de la cocina entrar al baño hacer sus necesidades y salir sin lavarse las manos. La comida no es muy variada y solo tienes acceso a reservar 3 restaurantes, bueno puedes reservar los demás si estás dispuesto a pagar mas. Lo único que me gustó fue el parque acuático.

I think that a training in customer service would be perfect. We went to the buffet, and we had to return to our room, because they said that people with swimwear are not permitted, our family was couple seconds before us, and they had swimwear but they were able to go in, unfortunately, we had to go to our room and changed the kids; when we went back to the buffet almost everybody had swimwear and they made us walk to our room which was far away just to change two little boys. They had a shirt on and their swimwear was dry.
On Sunday 7/ 11 around 12:30 or 1 pm I went to the bites cafeteria. I asked for 4 muffins, a cappuccino, and a cookie for me and my family, and the lady there told me that she couldn’t give me 4 muffins , because that’s not for me to take it home. How she can assume that I want to take that home ? My husband was sitting outside with the kids and the rest of my family. I wasn’t taking the muffins for the road trip, but if it was the case that’s not her business. I told her that all this things was for my husband and kids, but she had an attitude . My husband went to talk to a manager, because of the way she talked to me, and they called someone I don’t know who it was, but she was whispering with another coworker, and laughing. I think that’s disrespectful. Unfortunately I couldn’t get her name, but my point is that customer service is really important, because depends on how good the people treat us if we are going to return, and refer new friends to that resort.
That’s the worst experience in a long time visiting resorts. We found great people there like the girl that did the check in, unfortunately I forgot her name, but she has a short curly hair, the guy entertaining at the pool, and couple more in the restaurants .

The property was beautiful and well kept. Staff made every effort to make you feel comfortable and tried their best to communicate in English which was extremely helpful. The food selection was good. Drinks were good also. The various restaurants on the property, Mexican, Italian & seafood, were all good. My only complaint was with the linens, the bathroom towels and wash cloths were dingy and stained and the blankets on the sheets were under the top sheet instead of on top which was very uncomfortable on the skin.

Bonjour, je suis à cet hôtel et franchement la qualité n’y est pas Nous avons payé très cher pour 2 adultes 3 enfants et un bébé Le 1er soir nous arrivons à l’aéroport et la dame nous fait attendre 30 min juste pour savoir si dans notre tarif il y a avait le transfert (avec 4 enfants avec un voyage d’avion de plus de 8h très fatiguant) Ensuite arrivé à l’hôtel ils nous mettent dans une chambre au 2ème étage avec 4 enfants et une poussette du coup on a demandé de changer mais soit disant plus de place alors que l’hôtel est vide alors qu’on avait demandé si pour accéder à la chambre il y avait un ascenseur et il nous a dit oui Nous avions pu changer que 2 jours après pour aller dans une chambre certe au RDC mais avec une odeur d’humidité dans la pièce et 2 meubles, un matelas hyper sale et une porte qui relie les 2 chambres communicantes cassé (mes enfants en tirant ont faillit se coincer les doigts) Nous perdons du temps à chaque fois à changer de chambre refaire les bagages défaire les bagages .... Vous imaginez le truc On nous a même pas expliquer ce qu’il y avait dans l’hôtel où sont les piscines où est la plage, ni les restaurants ni rien du tout On se débrouille par nous meme Le buffet n’est pas à la hauteur du 5 étoiles pas beaucoup de légume On a voulu prendre des crêpes le cuisto les à rater 20 fois car ça collait de la veille (plaque pas lavé) ou il avait fait des Burger (franchement vraiment dégueulasse) On a pris des pancakes très dur il datait de la veille je pense Il y a eu des fois où je suis passé chercher la nourriture du côté des cuisto car on a attendu 10 min pour avoir des fruits En tout cas cela fait 3 jours que nous y sommes et il est arrivé plein de choses malheureusement donc je suis très déçu

O lugar é bonito mas muita coisa a ser corrigida. Reservei dois quartos, sendo que ambos deveriam ser com camas de solteiros. Chegamos no inicio da noite e somente nos deram camas de casal e num prédio bem ruim. Para trocar por 2 quartos em que houvesse as 5 camas tive que pagar 150 dólares para o atendente Afonso, e não recebi comprovante desse pagamento. Em outro momento um outro funcionário de um barzinho na piscina ofereceu uma garrafa de bebida por 10 dólares. E o pior: Eles têm um tal de cliente especial que tem direito a acessar lugares que os demais não têm. Colocam uma cordinha e uma pequena placa avisando isso e a gente tem que passar pelo constrangimento de ser recusado caso não tenha visto a placa. Já estive em outra ocasião no Hard Rock e nada disso acontecia lá. É uma situação desnecessária e humilhante. A maioria dos restaurantes não pode ser acessada por quem não é cliente especial. Las habitaciones bastante amplias y limpiaban todos los días!! Nos an mimado mucho la verdad .. Volveríamos sin duda .. Si tendría que decir algo para mejorar sería la entrada del hotel que llegamos tarde sobre las 8 de la tardey no nos ofrecieron nada .. No nos dijeron si podíamos cenar etc.. entre que estábamos aturdidos del viaje y poco información al entrar .. Me quede un poco raraaa. Los encargados fueron muy amables y bondadosos. Rahdame el camarero nos atendió en el buffet muy bien. Tuvimos el placer de ser sentados y varias veces nos asistió en el buffet. Pablo es una persona muy carismática el chico que trabaja con las toallas. Franklin una persona muy sonriente y buena nos asistió en la picina. Yeremy, Wander, Jesus y rodolfo también son personas muy carismáticas y bondadosas ellos hicieron nuestra estadía muy buena. Servicio encargados habitaciones comida muy bueno todo.

Servicio es maravilloso. Yeremy, Rodolfo, Franklyn, Wander, y Rodolfo (apunte los nombres en un papel para recordarme) trabajan en la primera piscina cerca del lobby son muy buenas personas todo servicio lo hacen con felicidad y una sonrisa en su rostro también son muy humildes. Rahdame, Pablo, Esther y Briceily, Rahdame y Esther las veces que los vimos estaba en el buffet también son muy humildes muy amables fue en placer ser atendidos por tan maravillosas personas. Briceily la vimos trabajando en la área de bar y tienda de cafe en el otro hote el Royalton ella también fue muy amigable y humilde. Pablo trabajo alrededor de la piscina que queda en el lado del buffet. Si iludiera dar un 10 lo daría todo el staff es maravilloso muy humilde y amigable incluyendo Jacquelin que también trabaja en la primera piscina. 🙏 gracias por todo la pasamos de maravilla. Amamos esse lugar. Nossos filhos estavam na idade certa para aproveitar as vantagens do parque aquático local. Todos nós nos divertimos muito! A escolha do restaurante foi fantástica e a comida incrível. Jogamos tênis juntos, as quadras daqui são muito boas. Nós não ficamos com a festa da espuma na piscina. Não tenho ideia de como isso é permitido, porque grosseiramente não é considerado seguro com crianças por perto. Passamos todo o nosso tempo na piscina desistente no fundo do resort. Visitamos o resort / empresa irmã ao lado para almoço à beira-mar. É muito desanimador neste local e onde os casamentos acontecem. A academia é pequena, mas tem tudo que você precisa e também algumas lojas no local. As discotecas infantis à noite eram excelentes. Muitas opções de escolha para viagens com os guias de viagem. O café era ótimo, e não posso falar mais o suficiente de todos os funcionários. Temos uma memória fantástica deste lugar.

Exceso de huéspedes.Más de 3 horas en espera para registro. Nada de distanciamiento social ni capacidad restringida. Terrible comportamiento de huéspedes.Luego me enteré del bajo precio del hotel y de las giras y grupos que lo llenaron. Música demasiado alta en lugares públicos obligando a huéspedes a ambientes nada deseado. Nada de reglas en la piscina.Bañarse con ropa totalmente permitido. A su favor puedo decir que me explicaron la estafa de mi tour operador haciéndome pagar el doble por este hotel. Así mismo, tienen en buen estado las habitaciones confortables y aire tv y baño decentes.

Loved this place.
Our kids were just at the right age to take advantage of the on-site water park. We all had so much fun!
The choice of restaurant’s was fantastic, and the food was amazing.
We played tennis together the courts here are very good.
We didn’t hang about with the foam party’s in the pool. I have no idea how these are permitted because surly they are not considered safe with kids about.
We spent all our time in the quitter pool at the bottom of the resort.
We visited the resort/sister company next door for lunch by the sea.
It’s much quitter at this site and where the weddings take place.
The gym is small but has all you need and quite a few shops on site too.
The kid’s discos at night were great. Plenty of choice’s for trips out with the travel guides.
The coffee shop was great, and I cannot speak more highly enough of all the staff.
We have fantastic memory of this place.

El hotel muy bonito, pero la experiencia no fue grata, es la primera vez que salgo de un hotel con un mal feedback.Lo primero es que los que sirven la comida, los chef de las diferentes estaciones del buffet tratan mal a los Dominicanos, le hablan mal, le vuelan el turno en la fila y se lo dan a los extranjeros.La comida cruda en las carnes y dura, mucha comida sin sabor y poca variedad de comida.Da pena como esos empleados le hablan y le dan boches a los clientes, de 8 chef por lo menos 2 le hablan mal a la gente, solo los camareros, los chóferes de los carros y los bares dan mejor servicio.Entre otras cosas.Perdón por ser tan sincero, no es por hacer mal que lo digo porque si sigo contando seria peor.

OverAll eu daria a este resort com tudo incluído 3,5 estrelas, check-in / check-out foi fácil .. O parque aquático lá é ótimo mantém as crianças entretidas. As bebidas não são as melhores, mas você pode pagar adicional pelas melhores prateleiras. Eles têm diferentes categorias de estadia, escolha Dimond club e superior. Conseguimos uma suíte President na categoria splash, o que nos fez pagar 5 $ pelo serviço de quarto, mas ainda assim foi ok. Tínhamos que acordar todas as manhãs às 8h para fazer reservas para o jantar se quiséssemos um dos restaurantes de especialidades, se não o buffet estava lá. A desvantagem da reserva foi que eles só permitem que você faça um dia de cada vez. A praia era bonita e azul.

OverAll I would give this all-inclusive resort 3.5 stars, checkin/checkout was easy.. The water park there is great keeps the kids entertained. Drinks are not top shelve but you can pay additional for top shelve.They have different categories of stay, choose Dimond club and up. We got a President suite in the splash category, which caused us to pay 5$ for room service but that was still ok. We had to wake up every morningby 8am to make dinner reservations if we wanted one of the specialty restaurants, if not the buffet was there. Downside of the reservation was they only let you do one day at a time. Beach was nice and blue.

Fantastic place! 2nd time back here and booked for May already! That's how good it is! Spotlessly clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Loads of things to do and lots of bars and restaurants. It's like my second home ! Access to both hotels (memories and royalton) there is a road train service that runs all day and at night time with loads of stop offs. The rooms are also fantastic and cleaned every day and when you return at night they have even been back and put a light on and the A/C! Entertainment on every night at both hotels. And it's only about a 30 minute transfer from the airport. Get it booked and you will never look back!

This place is beyond amazing. Safe to say everything I saw online from the amazing reviews that made me to book this resort was exactly what I saw. Was there for a week all by myself and those 7 days were the best I’ve ever had! The staffs are AMAZING. Customer service is on 100👍🏽 everyone there is sooooo welcoming. House keeping is excellent, some days I’d tell house keeping not to bother themselves since I had two beds in my room all to myself. The food taste amazing being an African I was kind of scared that I might not like the taste of their food but I was shocked. There’s royalton resort by the corner which guest have access to it too. Every angle of the resort is a bar/restaurant about 3 pools with great customer service. I’m definitely coming back next year for sure.

Food was OK, we mostly went to the buffet, service though was not so great, it would take multiple requests before you could get someone's attention for getting water or a drink. I loved the fresh fruits! We were there in Jan. Locks in our room kept not working so had to go to reception to reprogram our key passes multiple times. Would go there again though only if I get a good deal.

This was my second trip to this resort. I would return again, but suggest upgrading to the Diamond club, which we did for both trips. The service is much better and the areas are quieter. Clean rooms, food is four star.
Our first dining experience in the steakhouse was really good, second was not as pleasant, our waiter clearly had a larger section and was not able to give us the service we had received the second time. We witnessed the table beside us send back all 8 steaks they ordered, which I think set him back a bit so he was not able to focus on his other tables as much. When we asked other servers for things it was apparent they where annoyed to be helping a table that was not theirs.
Sushi bar was wonderful our kids ate there almost every day.
Sands beach bar's bartenders are fantastic! We loved hitting up this area around happy hour. Almost daily one of our kids napped here, the sounds of the waves and the breeze make it a perfect location for an afternoon nap, while Mum and Dad can enjoy a nice cold draft!
Water park is clean and well ran, no long lineups for slides. The tubes can be a bit of an issue, there isn't really a system in place for how to line up if they run out. Some people would hand them over once they had used them, others would keep them and walk right by the people obviously waiting for one.
Pools are clean and grounds are nicely taken care of. Beach area is clean, we never had a issue with vendors bothering us. Worth the upgrade to Diamond if you are a beach lover. Our family had our own private section each day where we never waited for service.

Everything was cool, except the food and services which were absolutely horrible. My group and I were treated horrendously by most staff and the food was significantly sub-par. The beach and facilities were good, rooms were nice.

This place is beyond amazing. Safe to say everything I saw online from the amazing reviews that made me to book this resort was exactly what I saw. Was there for a week all by myself and those 7 days were the best I’ve ever had! The staffs are AMAZING. Customer service is on 100👍🏽 everyone there is sooooo welcoming. House keeping is excellent, some days I’d tell house keeping not to bother themselves since I had two beds in my room all to myself. The food taste amazing being an African I was kind of scared that I might not like the taste of their food but I was shocked. There’s royalton resort by the corner which guest have access to it too. Every angle of the resort is a bar/restaurant about 3 pools with great customer service. I’m definitely coming back next year for sure.

Wow I’m impressed with this place! Food, service, beach, entertainment, premium alcohol, worthwhile private areas for club, proper slide park. Diamond club upgrade 100% worth it, president suite (not as expensive as you think). 3 a la carte + fresh and nice buffet. free 24 hr room service and Butler. For the price I paid this is the best hotel I have been to. Also must mention the Michael Jackson tribute was the best holiday entertainment I have ever seen. Awesome

Amazing resort. I definitely recommend going here. There is great customer service from the employees. You are always no more than about 20 meters from a bar or restaurant. Not only are there many restaurants but, they have amazing food as well. If you're ever going to the buffet for breakfast, be sure to get an omelette. They are definitely the best omelettes I've ever had. The beach is great as well with soft sand and no seaweed, sharp rocks or other hazards. While you're at this resort, be sure to pay the extra money for diamond club. You get much better service and access to many other shops, restaurants, and events.

Everything was amazing.. the best trip I have ever taken... we upgraded to diamond club and we were treated like royalty... everything we needed we got -room service, private pool etc. The water park was awesome. Loved the slides and the wave pool. The food was delicious, enjoyed all the restaurants.. our concierge guy provided us with info. about the resort. It was awesome.. kids club was great for the kids. Definitely will come back😁.
