“First and foremost I want to thank Karina the hotel manager, she has been amazing with everything. To make a long story short I tested positive for covid-19 and realized i had to quarantine in my room. After spending NYE and first days of the year at a hotel room the positive side of the story ( no pun intended) is Karina Luna , she helped me with my laundry ,food , hot drinks , checked-in on me , even helped me changed my flight with the airline after i wasnt able to . Thank you Karina for being the best hotel manager i ever encounterd and thanks to the NH cancun staff for taking care of my needs.”

“Had to book a night in Cancun due to Spirit airlines incompetence. Staff was very helpful with a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The overall hotel and room was very clean and pretty new. The bed was very comfortable which was a nice surprise as well. We ordered almost everything off the menu and it all exceeded expectations. It is very close to the airport but it is away from everything else, so if you wanted to walk to get something, this probably isn't the place to stay.”
