“Very conveniently located at Lotte Shopping Avenue. Basic rooms are large (60m2) with a separate living room and bedroom. Service is very quick. In-room dining prices are also very reasonable compared to other hotels.
Breakfast at the Arts Cafe is good, with decent selection of buffet items and some made-to-order items. Go early for breakfast to ensure a spot at the Arts Cafe. The extra breakfast area at 12th floor has less buffet items and no made-to-order items.”

“One of the best 5 star hotels in Jakarta with easy access and close to shopping centers. Luxury can be felt from entering the front door to the room. The service of the hotel staff is very good, friendly and responsive. A large swimming pool with specifications for an adult pool, a children's pool and a jacuzzi. There is quite big and nice garden beside the swimming pool. Good breakfast food but less variety. I occupied the artist suite during my stay. the room is spacious, the arrangement and interior is very good. although the price is expensive but worth it with what is given, it is worth to try. makes me want to go back there again.. and thank you so much for the doll”
