O hotel é muito bonito. De luxo! Com uma piscina com vista infinita maravilhosa, jacuses, restaurante e bar/boate próprio, e com todos os quartos com vista para o mar. O sistema de ar condicionado/refrigeração do hotel é excelente. Mesmo com o ar desligado no quarto, o ambiente é agradável e fresco. Você até esquece que está no calor de Cartagena. O quarto é bem amplo e o colchão sensacional. O café da manhã é muito bom. A localização também é ótima! Fica a 5 minutos de carro da cidade Amuralhada e a 15/20 minutos a pé. O único problema é o atendimento, que é péssimo. Pelo valor da diária, esperava um atendimento um pouco melhor. Chegamos antes da hora do checking e pedimos para guardar as malas. O checking já foi muito demorado, com uma fila enorme. Quando voltamos à tarde, perguntamos sobre as malas e eles disseram que estavam no quarto. Não estavam. Aí ligamos para a recepção e pedimos as malas. E eles disseram que iam subir com elas. Meia hora depois, nada das malas. Aí descemos para perguntar e o rapaz da recepção disse que as malas já estavam no quarto. Como dissemos que não estava, ele foi até o local que guardam as malas e nos mostrou que estava vazio e “mandou” que fôssemos novamente até o quarto conferir se as malas não estavam lá. Mais uma vez subimos no quarto e nada das malas. Mais uma vez ligamos para a recepção e somente mais 20 minutos depois as malas chegaram. No entanto, a mochila não foi entregue. Mas 15 minutos e ela apareceu. Foi um grande transtorno para conseguir as malas. Isso é inadmissível em um hotel de luxo e caríssimo. Fora isso a limpeza também não é muito boa. Quando chegamos, encontramos um tufo de cabelos (de outro hóspede) enroscado no box do banheiro.

Un hotel de 5 estrellas, habitaciones cómodas, acogedoras y sobretodo limpias y tienen una excellent vista. Ofrecen mucha seguridad y excelente ubicación. Tienen un standard alto en el tema de protocolos COVID. The hotel facilities are great. Sauna, gym, pool, restaurant and the dancing club placed on the 51st floor is great. The view breathtaking. You'll have the time of your life. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Great location, hotel is clean, great swimming pool, staff is super friendly, breakfast could be better but I don’t complain. Cons: Poor management, Poor Checkin process(takes 30 minutes at least), Every single day I have to call cus house keeper never place towels

The hotel is nice, but some off the staff have to be trained better. I really didn't like that you have to make a reservation for the pool, or to visit the bar or something. The room has no ventilation Breakfast was OK, I was just missing decent bread. The beach is 200 meter away from the hotel.

The entertainment staff Javier and his crew are very people friendly, they really know how to show you a great time I really enjoyed there dedication Javier needs to be rewarded for his excellent services, I extended my stay due to the great time...... They only bad part is that we need more English speaking staff which is not so much of a big deal because I enjoyed communication thru translator

The view is amazing, the location in Boca is good and the hotel is very secure since you need your room key to access the elevators for therooms. We felt like the staff could be more friendly, we understand that we all have our bad days but it seems like most of them were having a bad one or something. We tried to access the roof top bar and they told us it would be very hard to access since it was full (even though 7-9 people walked out as we were being btold that). I would recommend staying here for the view and the safety of the location. But if that's not enough there might be better options around.

they don't provide face towels in the room, you have to hunt the workers down and request. room service is so poor. you call someone may or may not show up. every little thing you try to do a reservation is needed. food is bad. few choices.most rooms don't have windows. I hope this Robert Castillo guy who keeps responding to all the reviews will actually speak to the responsible parties about the towels especially coz if you look at the reviews people have been complaining about this for months.

Best hotel after my breast surgery. Super clean, super easy to get around and super service from everyone. The workers were super thoughtful of me during the time of stay as I needed extra care sometimes with towels or pillows. Everyone was super nice. The AC didn’t work couple nights but they came to fix it one night after the other. Despite this I had a wonderful stay, is a really nice hotel, clean and new; when I return back to Cartagena I will be staying here for sure.

Ignore the Robert he only respond on Google and they charge for guess even if it's a drink at the bar. Update i had ordered a bottle of wine and never receive the staff just doesn't care if you're a VIP and you won't be much interaction with staff this place is cool but if you will and you're English speaker good luck but the views are nice just service is terrible go to Hyatt regency Cartagena next door you won't have a bad experience

The hotel was great. It would have been perfect if they had front desk staff that are properly trained. You get different response to an inquiry depending on who you spoke to. For a hotel of this level, all employees should be trained to have and share the same information about the property.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. Wifi is good, pool is nice and staff is courteous and professional. Hallways need better cleaning and rooms have almost no amenities other than a min-fridge and safe.You have to ask for towels.For the price of rooms here, nothing should be left to question.

Good location. Impressive views of the bay, ocean and the city. First class atention from all the employees. Good breakfast buffet that can improve a lot if the food is served hotter. The eggs pretty much always on the cold side

Good value hotel in Bocagrande, 5 min taxi to historical centre. Large scale service model. Hotel and rooms are comfortable however a few dislikes: - Pool area closes @ 6pm, just as the famous Cartagena sunset begins. This needs to change. Such a waste of fantastic sunset view. - The hotel rooftop bar (Skybar) does not open Mon and Tues so there is no where to enjoy an evening drink in the hotel except in your room. - Nothing stocked in bar fridge. All snacks or drinks need to be ordered via room service which can be slow. - Housekeeping was slow to respond to requests for items that were forgotten (towels etc).

Nice hotel. However their food in the restaurant wasn't all that for the price. The burger and club sandwiches were better. However kinda pricey for being in Colombia. I plan to return.
